Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value! I bought these earphones because I play squash which makes it hard to train with wired earphones. The sound quality is good and battery life is impressive. Very happy customer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Earbuds I bought a pair last week and they have totally rocked. They have an AMAZING sound quality that I always expect from JBL products; great range from highs, mids, and lows; and they are very comfortable. They stay powered for the whole day even on full blast. They block outside noise out VERY well. They are overall great headphones. Another great product by JBL!

Now my E25T keep turning on (with Green Light led). I tried to hold the Power button (the middle one) more than 10 seconds, but nothing happen. How to turn it off?

Asked by: michaelvu
Hello, I have actually stumbled upon the same problem, I cannot turn them off, according to the manual, it is "holding the centre button for 3-5 seconds", but instead I hear/see no difference, the Bluetooth part is still glowing blue that means (by the book) that it is paired with some device and working. I tried everything, I got away from any Bt devices very war away, but still — nothing. After this surprise I just did what was the easiest, I have a small micro-usb charger, I always have the orange jbl cord connected to it, and when I need to turn the device off, i just plug it in for a couple of seconds, and I get my device "off". But the question "why it suddenly for no reason whatsoever (and I went NASA to check out for its behavior) disconnects from my phone or my notebook or my ipad, but still shining blue — no answer. Also, the instructions tell that I should hear the words "turning on, connecting..." when turning it on and connecting to my phone (updated to the last update) — I hear some bad quality compressed sounds a-là first game boy. So if you wanna turn it off — always carry some external power device, it can be a size of a flashdrive — and you'll have a hack on how to turn your device off. Good luck with your sound experience, hope in future someone will invent something simplier. Anna, JBL E25BT in-ear headphones, new.

I connected the E25BT to an iphone 6s and to an Apple Watch 3. When connected to both devices though and upon playing music on the iphone the music pauses every time the Apple Watch wakes. Is this normal? Can it be fixed?

Asked by: Greight
Hi Mario. The Apple Watch is not playing anything, so it's not normal to pause the music on the iPhone. This the point after all to be connected with two devices simultaneously. Other BT devices I have does not behave this way so I guess it's a kind of a bug or just the E25BT cannot be actually connected with two devices simultaneously.

Can this be used with Samsung Smart TV?

Asked by: id42
If your TV is Bluetooth enabled and supports or is setup to support Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection, then the E25BT would be able to connect to your TV. Put the E25BT in pairing mode. Scan for BT devices on your TV and you will find the E25BT then connect.

Im from sweden, bought this on first april, Its Not responding to my commands/keys and did not want to shut off (Color blue), had to way for the battery to run out and recharge, then  Today It is not responding/charging (color white) i tried 3 usb's

Asked by: Shohruh
It seems to be the most common problem, I have the same — don't wait until it the battery is empty, just plug it in some charger, some small portable, it will automatically turn itself off, two seconds - and you've got your device turned off when you remove the cable,I carry a small usb charger with me all the time, already with a cable, so it is really easy. But how come the product (almost Hi-End for God sakes) has this stupid glitch, I cannot understand. Hope you'll do fine! Good luck Anna

Bought mine last week and the sound keeps on fluctuating. (At some point, there will be no audio then later it resumes to its normal state). Is there a way this can be solved? I'm just less than 1ft away from the device (so it's not distance a prob).
