I put my jbl go to load when I took it had a red light and could not connect my mobile phone to jbl go.What can i do?

My laptop says I need to contact the device manufacturer to install a driver to make the speaker work . Can you help me do this? Thank you.

Hi Paul247, Thank you for your question. Our speakers use standard Bluetooth protocols and drivers. Your PC needs to have the A2DP profile and AVRCP profile. We do not have these drivers for downloads, as they need to be downloaded from the PC manufacturers website or Bluetooth device inside your PC. I recently got a JBL GO and I was wondering about the LED. Is it possible to stop the slow flashing blue LED. I suppose its to indicate that the device is powered and active, but the constant slow flash is very annoying.

Will the power saving feature engage when the Go is charging?  I tried Turning my phone up & speaker down but the phone & speaker volumes control each other so if I turn the volume up on the phone then turn the speaker down it turns the phone volume dow

Yes. The power saving feature is always enabled. If the GO does not receive any audio signals within 10 minutes, it will go on standby mode.

This device turns off automatically when the sound is low. Can this function be turned off?

Unfortunately, we cannot disable the auto-off feature of the GO. It is a power saving feature included in most of our products wherein it will automatically turn OFF whenever it does not receive any audio signals for approximately 10 minutes. If you want to leave it on overnight with continuous music playing, for instance, make sure to leave the volume on your source at least 70% and just adjust the volume on your speaker.

My JBL Go worked fine for about 4 months. Now it won't connect to my iPhone or Mac Book, blue light still blinks faster when I push the bluetooth button but it won't make the sound it did before when I pushed it. Already reset it, nothing changed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Try doing a reset by following the instructions below: 1. Power on the JBL GO. 2. For 3 seconds, press and hold the Volume + button, and the Bluetooth button at the same time. 3. The JBL GO will power off, and is now reset. 4. Pair the speaker again with your device. I noticed that you are in Germany. If this doesn't help, please submit a case at https://de.jbl.com/support-contact.html#ns and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I put my JBL Go and charge, the led stays for about 40 seconds and after that no light. What to do ?

When the GO reaches full charge, the diode goes dark. So when the red light in the LED turns off after 30-45 seconds, it means the charging is complete.a
