JBL Go is rated NaN out of 5 by 488.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutly awesome! I bought this speaker about 8 mouths ago, and I still get impressed when i use it. It's just incredible the sound quality and power built in to that small thing, and for the price it costs. In fact, the batery life is not the biggest one, but never found that a problem. The only down side I see is the bluetooth connection, cause it sometimes fails, but i think you can't ask much more with the price that it costs. In a relation price-quality, i would say it is fantastic, so if anyone reading this is considering buying this speaker, I totaly recommend it, for in-door use. Congratulations to JBL to make such a thing! PS: I bought this speaker with my own money, so this is my true opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing One of the first electronic products i've bought in about 5 years where it is literally flawless. Design, reliability, battery, sound quality. Everything is just so beautiful and if every electronic media device was as amazing as this is the world would be a better place.

My JBL Go turns itself off automatically even when plugged into power and using the aux in if music or anything else doesn't play for a few minutes. Why? Can this be disabled? Makes no sense if plugged into power.

Asked by: jblbaddesign
The GO has a power saving feature which cannot be disabled. It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes. So, if you have the volume on the GO cranked up, and the volume on your Laptop really low, it is very possible that the GO is not seeing enough of an audio signal to know to stay on. Please try turning the volume on the GO down a bit, and then crank up the volume on your source device to get to the level you desire. This will send a hotter signal to the GO and it should stay on without any issue.

My Jbl go won't turn on I don't know why. When I connect it to my laptop it says setup incomplete

Asked by: Lowboy2ks
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the JBL GO. Please try charging the GO to a different wall outlet. There should be a red light indicator meaning that it’s charging. As for the laptop issue, you may need to adjust the Bluetooth setting on your laptop. Please contact your laptop manufacturer for further assistance regarding this.

Hi, I just bought a jbl go last month and my cousin bought the other month a jbl clip 2. I am just wondering if I can connect the two speakers, If I can connect them, how can I?

Asked by: Andrew So
Unfortunately, there is no way to connect the two speakers together. The JBL GO does not have the wireless daisy chain feature of the CLIP 2.

I use audio jack, but speaker turns off when battery is low, am I forced to charge battery, even without a Bluetooth connection?

Asked by: Nomad84
There is a high chance that it is because of Power Saving feature of the GO portable speaker, that will automatically turn off once it stopped detecting signal regardless if its fully charged or not , wired or wireless. If this cannot be prevented, I noticed that you are located in Turkey, please contact the local store where it was purchased

I bought a GO for hearing music from my laptop. While the laptop bluetooth sees and recognizes the GO, I don't know how to send the music (iTunes for example) to the GO. How do I redirect the sound to it? If I don't succeed I'll return it to the seller

Asked by: carlopip
Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.

Hi. Mi JBL Go was amazing at the fist day. The sound was very high, but the next day it started to sound really low and i don't know wy. I tried to restarted, but it still sounds low. Can you help me please?

Asked by: Romina
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the JBL GO. Make sure that the volume on the source is adjusted to your preferred loudness. If you are connected via Bluetooth, please try using a wired connection via a 3.5mm audio cable. You may also try using a different source just to isolate the issue. I noticed that you are in Brazil. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

My Bluetooth button does not work on my JBL go. Just purchased it. What do I do?

Asked by: Shedhal89
Press and hold the Bluetooth of the GO for about 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The light will blink blue indicating that it is now on pairing mode. Check on your phone/tablet’s Bluetooth settings and you should now able to see the GO and connect to it. If that still does not work, please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Hi just brought a mini jbl speaker for my mini iPad how do I use it there is no wire to connect to play spitfire  is a wireless speak if so I how do I connect  Thankd

Asked by: Lolaizzy
Hi. You can connect your source to the GO with a normal 3.5mm stereo minijack cable. This cable must be purchased separately. It is not in the box, since GO is mainly a Bluetooth speaker. If you have a BT source, wireless transmission is the most obvious way. We hope this helps.
