Rated 5 out of 5 by from Put headphone first then turn on. I use this headset daily for work and it is working great. The neck piece fits well, not too tight and not too loose. The sensor on both earbuds are very sensitive so you should put them on first then turn on the unit. The power button is easy to find after wearing it so I do this all the time. Then touch left bud for 4 sec to lock the sensor.

My earphones are showing low volume level since few week ago. They were working ok but now the volume level on calls and music is very low.

Since the REFLECT RESPONSE does not have a volume control and the volume on your source is already adjusted to the maximum, try a different source to isolate the issue. If the issue persists, please contact your local JBL support for information regarding the warranty options.

I bought one, I used for 4 month and it stop working.

If the unit has stopped charging, you may try using other charging cables to charge it with and try charging it in different charging ports. If the unit is not pairing anymore with your current device, try pairing it with other devices. I noticed you are in Montevideo, Uruguay. The Headphone goes in sleep mode, is there a way to wake it up other than pressing the power button? If a call comes in while in sleep mode, will it detect the call or do u have to press the power button to initiate the connection? Is there an app for it?

What you are experiencing is normal. Once the headphone is not receiving any audio signal from the source in a specific time, it'll go into sleep mode to save battery and the only way for you to wake it up is by pressing the power button. If the REFLECT RESPONSE is on sleep mode while receiving a call you will need to press power button in order to initiate the connection.

I am so sorry if you are having issues with REFLECT RESPONSE. What you are experiencing with the REFLECT RESPONSE is not normal. Try a different source to isolate the issue. Hi I bought Reflect Response for a couple of weeks ago. Sound is good, and battery however it beeps and makes sounds all the time.. it is very disruptive. The touch function is also very sensitive, it would help a lot if i could turn it off. :-)

Make sure that the battery is fully charged. The sound notification is an indicator if the REFLECT RESPONSE's battery is running low. The touch-function can be locked, tap and hold the Left earbud for more than four seconds and this should toggle the earphones lock/unlock.

Very low volume on right ear just after 4 times of use. How can I fix this? Very disappointing.

What you are experiencing with the REFLECT RESPONSE is not normal. Try a different source to isolate the issue. If your source has a balance control please check and make sure that it is set in the middle. I noticed that you are in Austria. Hi, I am on my 2nd pair of these headphones. The first pair died after a week of use, the 2nd pair is only 4 weeks in and has also died (1 hour a day average). Have tried charging, and this does not work. Would like some assistance.
