Rated 5 out of 5 by from Put headphone first then turn on. I use this headset daily for work and it is working great. The neck piece fits well, not too tight and not too loose. The sensor on both earbuds are very sensitive so you should put them on first then turn on the unit. The power button is easy to find after wearing it so I do this all the time. Then touch left bud for 4 sec to lock the sensor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the sounds, battery life, and fit Wife bought these for me and I was going to return them without trying because I wanted truly wireless headphones....airpods seemed great but they don't fit my ear well and I'm sure I would lose them or they would fall out during a work out. Decided to try these and was really surprised by the sound. I did several tests using them for phone calls, and while they don't have the noise cancelling no one can tell that I am speaking on a blue tooth, which is a huge plus. I like the fit and battery life is fantastic. Pleasantly surprised and I plan to keep them. I wish they had volume control on them and it is taking a while to use all the touch features. its cool, but you have to be careful when putting them on and taking them off whether you accidently hit the earpiece. I once let my audio book run unexpectedly for a few minutes before I realized I had turned them on. Also, I like how quickly and easily they sync up to my iphone. and the notifications for low battery are not too frequent or loud compared to other Bluetooth devices I have used.

My volume is very low when I turned it all the way up. What do I do to fix this? Tried it with different phones.

Hi, I am on my 2nd pair of these headphones. The first pair died after a week of use, the 2nd pair is only 4 weeks in and has also died (1 hour a day average). Have tried charging, and this does not work. Would like some assistance.

I cannot use it with a hat because sensors reflect to any touch, locking headphones also does not solve the issue because hat unlocks it. Considering that I have apple watch and do not really need sensor functionality, how can I get rid of sensors at all?

I used black electrical tape to cover the way-over-sensitive sensors to disable them as I found any movement kept turning them on and off. The sensors are a totally useless feature. I don't understand why they didn't just have buttons. this is where over technologizing a product makes it totally useless.

What you are experiencing with the REFLECT RESPONSE is not normal. Try a different source to isolate if the issue. If your source has a balance control please check and make sure that it is not set favoring the left side. 1) I have it about 48 hours, one outdoor run, now it does not respond to touch. 2) It turns off after sometime without using it, I did not see anywhere in the spec that it turns of automatically, I want it to be on standby as long as I need it

The REFLECT RESPONSE has a power-saving feature wherein it turns itself off when no signal is being detected for 10-minutes. It is possible that the touch-function is simply locked, please press and hold the Left earbud for more than four seconds and this should toggle the earphones lock.

What is the ipxx rating (water resistance) of the device?

The REFLECT RESPONSE does not have any iPX rating but is sweat-proof which allows you to use the device during workouts or rigorous activities but is not designed to be continuously exposed to water.

I am currently on my second pair of my JBL reflect response, my first pair I had to change due to significant sound differences in one ear that occurred after approx 2 months.....now it is happening again on my second pair only after 6 weeks :(

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Please check the settings in your Bluetooth source to be sure that the balance (left to right) is set in the middle/center. I noticed that you are in Australia. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.
