Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product. Good experience. The speakers look great and sound better. Shipping was fast and set up easy. I am not an audio professional but these speakers work great for my needs. Sufficient base and the surround sound is awesome. Big sound in small speakers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound great but mounting bracket is lacking I have had this system for about a year now and they still sound fantastic. However if you are getting these because you want to mount the on a wall or ceiling, Don't. the mounting system is total garbage. Why they don't integrate industry standard bolt connections I don't understand. If you plan to wall or ceiling mount save yourself the hassle and buy something else.

Do you have a recommended A/V receiver to go with this system? I would like one with Bluetooth

Asked by: SStone
The CINEMA 610 is rated at 60 watts RMS at 4 ohms and our AVRs are rated to power 6/8 ohms speakers only. To power these speakers effectively, please refer to A/V receivers that can distribute around 60 watts per channel at 4 ohms.

Hello, do this product works with Denon AVR S530BT? Thanks!

Asked by: Palmtree
I apologize for the initial response and please disregard it. The DENON AVR S530BT puts out 70W per channel at 8 ohms/90W per channel at 6 ohms while the CINEMA 610 can only handle 60W RMS per channel at 4 ohms. That being said, the CINEMA 610 will not work due to the Denon's power is way too much for it to handle. As a general rule, make sure the receiver can handle the impedance/ohms of the speakers and that the speakers you choose can handle the power rating of your receiver.

JBL Cinema 610 speakers with Harman AVR151S, Speakers Frequencies: 38Hz – 20kHz, my question is about the best crossover frequency for the speakers and the sub, is it 40 Hz on all the speakers and the sub?or increase the number for more SUB interaction?

Asked by: Ahmad Salah
This basically falls on your listening preference. The JBL CINEMA 610 satellite speakers can produce sound down to 38HZ and since JBL CINEMA 610 can produce sound down to 38HZ, set the point somewhere from 45HZ- 38HZ and listen at different levels to find your preferred taste.

JBL Cinema 610 speakers with Harman AVR151S, if I set the crossover on the speakers for 80 and the sub on 100, will I get double base in frequencies between 80 and 100?

Asked by: Ahmad Salah
Yes, you will get double the output. The satellites will pickup sound from 80Hz and above, while the subwoofer will pickup sound from 100Hz and down. This means the speakers would play frequencies between 80Hz-100Hz, doubling up on those frequencies. We do not recommend this unless you prefer the sound on such scenario.

If I connect JBL Cinema 610 with my Sony DVD Player, will it work?

Asked by: Emon
That will depend on your SONY DVD PLAYER if it supports 5.1 speaker system. The JBL CINEMA 610 needs a five channel amplifier/receiver with sub-out. Please note, each of the satellite speakers can handle up to 100 watts at 8 ohms.

Is cinema 610 compatible with Yamaha receiver RXV-679. I need to get the most out of the receiver and not blow out / fry the speakers with its power. Please recommended. I would like to have control x speakers and arena as my centre speaker with ESPW 250

Asked by: Chetan chavan
The Cinema 610 will work fine with the Yamaha receiver RXV-679, it will not blow the speakers. If You'll go with the Arena center, then it is recommended that you go with at least the Arena bookshelf/tower speakers for the main left and right. The rear and and sub aren't a big deal with the Control X and ESPW 250.

Does JBL Cinema 610 work with AV Receiver Sony STR-DN850?

Asked by: Iletter
The CINEMA 610 can handle power up to 100W at 8 Ohms per channel , and will work fine with your AVR Sony STR-DN850. Any 5.1 receiver with a power output around 100W per channel (6-8 ohms) will work fine with these speakers.

Can JBL any home theater music system have Bluetooth

Asked by: Pihu
No, JBL CINEMA 610 does not have Bluetooth. These speakers need to be connected to an audio/video receiver to make it work. If you are looking for home speaker system with Bluetooth built in, you can check our JBL Cinema SB 450. This is a 2.1 channel (soundbar and subwoofer) system which will work well with a 4k Smart TV.
