Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stays connected, even 20 feet away! These headphones sound great, look great, and work even up to 20 feet away or through the wall of the next room over! They came with a nice little carrying pouch that holds everything, and also have a nice, durable cord. The extra ear cushions are fabulous, too. I would DEFINITELY purchase again or give as a gift!

My device is paired with my ipod. I just turned both on and all I keep getting is make sure that is is turned on and in range. They are sitting next to each other. How can I get them connected?

Asked by: jt0118
To be able to reconnect the headphones to your source, please do a BT reset on the unit by following these steps. 1. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the unit goes into pairing mode. 2. Once the unit is back in pairing mode, BT Reset is performed. 3. On the source device, go to its settings and under Bluetooth locate the headphones name "E25BT". 4. Tap on "i" to forget the device on the source device. 5. Toggle On/Off Bluetooth on the source device to re-scan available BT devices. 6. Re-establish BT connection between your source device and the headphones. In case following the steps does not resolve your problem, please submit a case at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Support team will further assist you.

My JBL E25BT headphones suddenly stopped being able to be paired to my iPhone6. Both are charged fully. The headphones power up and the blue light blinks quickly as if trying to pair up, but the iPhone never connects. It did initially but not now..

Hello, my BT phones are stuck. Battery shows a blue light but no matter how long I click any (combination) of buttons I don't get the power off sound in order to reset. Isn't there any emergency shortcut to 'reboot' the decice? It is not even 1 month old

Asked by: PeterT
Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Try draining the battery of the E25BT by just leaving it on. Then try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in at an alternate power source. I noticed that you are in Netherlands. If the issue persists, please submit a case at https://www.jbl.nl/support-contact.html#ns and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

my e25bt connected with laptop and sound is not out . and something Bluetooth periperal device. Could you advise ?

Asked by: debbii
The E25BT utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the phone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the E25BT is a speaker; your computer must connect to the E25BT using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.

Bought mine last week and the sound keeps on fluctuating. (At some point, there will be no audio then later it resumes to its normal state). Is there a way this can be solved? I'm just less than 1ft away from the device (so it's not distance a prob).

I bought these (E25BT) earlier today (6/30/2017) and let them charge for 2+ hours before first powering them on. It doesn't appear they've charged at all; no indicator light(s), no power or charge at all. What is wrong?

Asked by: loveandsqualor
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the E25BT. The E25BT comes with a factory charge which can be used out of the box. There should be a constant light in the E25BT while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the LED status is off. Try powering ON the unit by pressing and holding the power button (middle button) until you see a blue light at the bottom part of the remote. Once you see the blue light blinking, it means that its on pairing mode. Try connecting your device with the E25BT. If you're still experiencing issues, please go back to the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to help. If this was purchased from us directly, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Can this be used with Samsung Smart TV?

Asked by: id42
If your TV is Bluetooth enabled and supports or is setup to support Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection, then the E25BT would be able to connect to your TV. Put the E25BT in pairing mode. Scan for BT devices on your TV and you will find the E25BT then connect.
