E25BT is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound This is a different from another brand I had before . They work good but not as comfortable

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice design but always problems connecting I really like the design of these earphones as they are discrete compared to most other Bluetooth headphones with a neck band. Unfortunately I am always needing to 'forget device' and re add it on the tube most mornings. It just refuses to connect otherwise. Very frustrating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from good s and bads Sound quality qood. The earbuds not staying in the ear easily especialy while runing. While I was in phone conversation via microphone, peapole frequently ask about not hearing my voice. Not good for talking. If possible I prefer not to buy. The battery life is as mentioned, good.

Good Day. I'm from the Philippines and I bought the JBL E25BT last January. Earlier this month, they gave me MacBook Air as my office laptop but it seems that it cannot detect my JBL E25BT. Is there any chance that I can connect it to my laptop?

Asked by: Teij
Hi. you need A2DP drivers for Bluetooth headphones like these. This system is stereo audio streaming over Bluetooth. If your computer does not have this, you need to find out how to download them. This is for Apple support to assist you with.

You will be able to pair the E25BT with multiple devices but you may only have one active connection at a time.

What is the difference between the "E25BT"  wireless headphones and the "Inspire 500 headphones

Asked by: Kermit4
Here are the specifications of both units. Inspire 500 Dynamic Driver size: 15.4mm Frequency response: 20-20kHz Impedance: 32 Ohm BT type: 4.1 Battery Lifetime (hr): up to 8 Weight: 20g E25BT Dynamic driver: 8.6mm Frequency response: 20Hz–20kHz Impedance: 16 Ohm Battery Lifetime (up to): 8hr BT type: 4.1 Weight: 16.5g As you can see, the E25BT has a smaller driver meaning that the E25BT is smaller that the INSPIRE 500. INSPIRE 500 is sweat proof and designed for sport usage.

Frequently the E25BT loses signal with the player and freezes with the blue light ON. It does not power off or respond to any key. Only connecting it to a charger (and disconnect) it allows to be ON1. How can I reset it without the need of charge it?

Asked by: petere
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the E25BT. Unfortunately, it has no reset function. I noticed that you are in Portugal. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store that you purchased the E25BT from and they should be able to assist you, or at least guide you to those who can.
