They came with a nice little carrying pouch that holds everything, and also have a nice, durable cord. The extra ear cushions are fabulous, too. I would DEFINITELY purchase again or give as a gift!

How do yo advance the song?

It will actually vary on the source (smartphone) if it's capable of skipping songs. This will also be determined by the app and/or music service limitations/restrictions in use. If it is, just press the middle button twice in quick succession on the inline remote of the headphone to skip the song.

My light on my headphones are frozen and have been so for a whole day now. I have held the on and off button for minutes on end and nothing is happening? what can i do to fix this

hey i bought this 2 months ago and now when i try to turn on the hand phones they dont turn on, try to charge them and the light turn on for 2 sec and then turn off and stiil not working, how i fix this????

I CAN CONNECT MY E25BT TO MY MOBILE BUT I CAN NOT ANSWER CALLS BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO IS CALLING DONT HEAR ME , I DOWNLOAD A JBL APP AND CHECK THE MICROPHONE AND THAT IS OK BY THE APP WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT? I RESTART THE BLUETOOTH BUT IT DOES NOT WORK

How do i keep my E25BT Earbud wires clean? The wires are just super easy to catch dirt and I have no idea how to clean them.

Wipe them off with a damp cloth with mild solution of dishwasher liquid. Make sure that no water floats into the headphone. You can also purchase the JBL Headphones Charging case to keep it clean. I got my E25BT 2 months ago, they are working fine for me. However the shirt-clip failed miserably within 40 to 50 days of usage. I tried looking online to purchase some replacement but I couldnt find any. Could you please recommend a solution?

Which power sources can I use to charge the E25BT? I'm afraid tha my cellphone power brick (5V, 2A) might damage them. And when I use them with my ipod touch 5th gen, the sound gets a bit distorted and noisy, but it works perfectly with my cellphone.

It can be charged by any charger with a minimum output power of 5V 1A or higher. The higher the amperes the faster/shorter time that it will charge your E25BT.

Can this be used with Samsung Smart TV?

I connected these earbuds to my 43" Samsung Smart TV and about 10 minutes minutes later, the earbuds stopped working. It turns out the battery was permanently damaged. The tech I spoke to said the TV signal is too strong for the battery. It will drain the battery very fast and cause permanent damage. He said to use it only with phones and laptops. They are sending me a replacement set.
