On October 13th 2016 I bought the USD 99.95 headphones to WORLD WIDE STEREO through AMAZON, and after 1-month-use they stopped working. FYI, these are the specs of the product: Model: JBL Everest 100 Wireless Bluetooth IN-EAR Product Code: X0014NWBHX-483933 Bar Code: GD0034-JF0013554 As far as I know, this model tends to experience this kind of problems, and perhaps you could give me a solution. Since I will be staying in Miami from April 9th to 12th, I was hoping to solve this during my stay. If necessary, I could send you some photographs. Regards

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent...eventually bought these a week ago and the sound is great,they are comfortable and good quality but watching video and the latency lag was shocking to the point where they were unusable did a bit of research,found the updated driver tool on the website for this issue...downloaded it and it took a couple of minutes to update and wow what a difference,everything is now in sync very pleased

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Office Headphones These are great for use at your desk. They sound good and are comfortable for extended use. I particularly like that the mounting style allows me to fit the bud snug in my ear to isolate exterior noise or leave it loose so that I can still hear what is happening around me. Battery life is good for this style headphone, usually 6-8 hours of use.

This is probably the stupidest question ever asked. How do I turn the headphones on? A simple press on the power button doesn't do anything. If I pressed and held the button, it would switch to pairing mode.

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds. Holding it for more than 3 seconds will put the device on pairing mode. I noticed that you are in Singapore. Bass is very lo I can say it's negligale . Please let me know if there is any setting for this.

Bass cannot be adjusted in the EVEREST 100. Our headphones work best with no tonal adjustments. As an alternative, you may adjust the bass from the source device or through the application that you are using to play audio.

I have my wireless earbuds connected to my laptop and when I watch videos the audio and video is not synced. How do i fix this?

Bluetooth has a bit of a time lag, a few milliseconds, when processing audio/video content.  Therefore it is common to find sync issues when connected through a Bluetooth device.

I have a problem with my ''JBL® Everest™ 100 ''. The controller seems to be, in my opinion in the wrong place. The length (distance from headphone to control) or cable between the headphone and the control seems to be to short @ 54mm? Is it correct length

Just bought tre Everest 100 a few days ago. if i have my phone in my pocket while listening to music, they loose signal often if i move around. Seems like its when the controller/mic touches my cheek or just my skin.  Shouldent they have better range

We have some suggestions if you want to enjoy the best performance from your Bluetooth devices. 1. Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem. 2. Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. 3. Do not carry your smartphone in your pocket, if you have dropouts. Your body can act as a screen, reducing the strength of the Bluetooth signal. Put the phone on a table or other surface. 4. Do not walk around while listening. If the transmitter and the receiver are moved in relation to each other, dropouts occur more frequently. 5. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 5 meters with no problems, if you follow the above advice. In some instances range is longer, but we cannot promise this.

Is there any way to stop the white LED light from constantly blinking? It's distracting when using in the dark.

Unfortunately, there is no way to switch off the LED of the EVEREST 100. It serves as an indicator that the EVEREST 100 is connected to your device.

Please explain how the little charging port cover is supposed to be positioned when the cable is put in. I'm referring to the little  wire that is attached to the port cover. Do you pull the cover straight out or slide sideways. What's up with the cable

The volume on my 100 has become very low. I not have the ability to increase the volume while connected to a devise & the female indicator voice that audibly lets you know "Powering On" or "Connected" is almost inaudible. Please help

There are no hard resets for the EVEREST 100 and it is possible that it has developed a fault. To isolate the issue, plesae use a different source or device. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.
