Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound Quality, Super Durable I really love these earbuds. They've been great for me while traveling (on a plane a lot) as well as out hiking. I actually took these on a 4-5 hour hike, during which it started to absolutely downpour, and these were totally unaffected by the weather. They've also gotten wet by the pool and have equally been unaffected by water there. My only complaint is that it's hard to take calls whilst wearing earrings because they tend to bounce against the receiver but that's being a little nitpicky.

The sound quality is amazing connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note5. Great low, mid and high range sound. They come with multiple sized buds for different ear sizes. The microphone works amazing while making calls.

On October 13th 2016 I bought the USD 99.95 headphones to WORLD WIDE STEREO through AMAZON, and after 1-month-use they stopped working. FYI, these are the specs of the product: Model: JBL Everest 100 Wireless Bluetooth IN-EAR Product Code: X0014NWBHX-483933 Bar Code: GD0034-JF0013554 As far as I know, this model tends to experience this kind of problems, and perhaps you could give me a solution. Since I will be staying in Miami from April 9th to 12th, I was hoping to solve this during my stay. If necessary, I could send you some photographs. Regards

Whenever I use my JBL Everest 100's with video, there is a delay between the video and the sound. This has happened when pairing with a Samsung Galaxy TabS and with a Samsung Galaxy 8. It is very frustrating.

We have now optimized the software, so the lip-sync problem is no longer an issue. Video materials can now be watched with proper audio timing. Please check the product support page "Manuals & Downloads" tab for your headphone and download the HID Software for the update. At this time, you should download the software to a Windows PC only, MAC is currently not supported. If you experience delay, even after performing the update, please be aware that delays can occur for several reasons. With YouTube or other streaming services: In cases of lip-sync issues, it may also be a good idea to carry out a refresh of the source website. Try more than one streaming source to determine if the delay comes from the streaming service or from you connection. My JBL everest 100 will connect with my windows 8 PC but when im playing World of Warcraft for some reason they just turn off.

It is possible that it is going into power saving mode because the volume that which you are listening to World of Warcraft is too low. We recommend increasing the volume on your PC to isolate the issue. Hello the right earbud does not produce any sound. I have tried on multiple devices and multiple audio files etc. Is the unit likely to be faulty, do I need a firmware upgrade, I have tried to connect with the update software but it will not connect?

Have had my earbuds for about 8 months. Can not get them to wireless connect to my phone

To pair your EVEREST 100 with your device, you need to press and hold the middle button while the unit is on, until the you see a blinking blue light, indicating it is already in pairing mode. Try restarting your devices as well to refresh the Bluetooth list before pairing them. If after doing that and you do not see a blinking blue light, please submit a case via www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

The JBL Everest 100 can pair to multiple devices, but cannot be connected to more than one device at a time.

How do you place it in your ear so it doesn't fall out

To secure the earphones in place, it is recommended to put the cord behind the neck. The EVEREST 100 comes with 3 sets of ear tips and secure fit ear tips that you can play around. Once you've found the right fit, they are very comfortable to wear.
