The sound quality is amazing connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note5. Great low, mid and high range sound. They come with multiple sized buds for different ear sizes. The microphone works amazing while making calls.

On October 13th 2016 I bought the USD 99.95 headphones to WORLD WIDE STEREO through AMAZON, and after 1-month-use they stopped working. FYI, these are the specs of the product: Model: JBL Everest 100 Wireless Bluetooth IN-EAR Product Code: X0014NWBHX-483933 Bar Code: GD0034-JF0013554 As far as I know, this model tends to experience this kind of problems, and perhaps you could give me a solution. Since I will be staying in Miami from April 9th to 12th, I was hoping to solve this during my stay. If necessary, I could send you some photographs. Regards

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent...eventually bought these a week ago and the sound is great,they are comfortable and good quality but watching video and the latency lag was shocking to the point where they were unusable did a bit of research,found the updated driver tool on the website for this issue...downloaded it and it took a couple of minutes to update and wow what a difference,everything is now in sync very pleased

How do you place it in your ear so it doesn't fall out

To secure the earphones in place, it is recommended to put the cord behind the neck. The EVEREST 100 comes with 3 sets of ear tips and secure fit ear tips that you can play around. Once you've found the right fit, they are very comfortable to wear. I just bought it whenever i put it on charging the red led remains on there for less than a minute.. Does this means it is still getting charging

What you are experiencing may be simply the EVEREST 100 telling you that it is already fully charged. There is a constant red light in the LED while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the diode goes dark. If this is not the case, to isolate the issue, please try to use a different micro-USB cable or power source. I bought my JBL Everest 100 about 2 months ago. Ran out of battery while running a marathon - then I could never turn them back on. Tried a few different charging cables. Any recommendations?

hello, i can not to pair my everest 100, i followed the quick guide and i can not please, what can i do?, i put the headphone in Pairing mode, the light is blue like the guide said, i tried with three diferents cell phones but it does not appear the hea

To pair your EVEREST 100 with your device, you need to press and hold the middle button while the unit is on, until the you see a blinking blue light, indicating it is already in pairing mode. Try restarting your devices as well to refresh the Bluetooth list before pairing them. If after doing that and you do not see a blinking blue light, please submit a case via http://mx.jbl.com/other-support-es.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

After 5 months of use one day my Everest 100 did not turn on when i pressed the turn on button. I have recharged it so it can not be a battery issue. Any suggestions?

where's the on/off button

The ON.OFF button of the Everest 100 is located in the middle of the inline microphone. This button also allows you to pause/play and receive/hang up phone calls.
