The sounds quality is pretty good adjust that their focus isn't just sound but is light up display. I would definitely recommend you buy one it's gonna hold up, sounds good, and is a great center of attention at a parties

I updated my pulse 2 4 days ago, after that it's not working anymore. The buttons are completely wrong, I can't even turn this off. Is it possible to back the update I didi por anyway to fix?
I had the same problem with my Flip 3 and the "reset" method didn't work. I just left it on for a while and turned it on and off about 15 times and it somehow reversed the update

Will the pulse 2 ever get the equalizer mode the previous pulse had?
Hi, Yes, a new app update is just launched for JBL Connect app. You can find the update in Google Play store or Apple App store. This update brings two new light themes for JBL PULSE 2. 1. Waves. 2. Equalizer. Just connect your PULSE 2 to your smartphone and open up the JBL Connect app. There should be a sign that shows an update is available. Unfortunately, no. The things included in the box are: 1 x JBL Pulse 2 1 x USB Adaptor 1 x Micro USB Cable 1 x Quick Start Guide 1 x Safety Sheet 1 x Warranty Card You may use a standard 3.5mm – 3.5mm audio cable for wired connection.

Hello just brought 2 pulse 2 speakers and when I turn them on and connect when I start playing music one of them are crackling and freezing while the other one continues. After roughly 5-10 seconds into the song it stops and works fine,how do I stop this?
What you are experiencing is not normal. There are a couple of things to check to make sure that they will work well together. 1.Distance between the two PULSE 2s – please make sure that they are within 10m range of each other since this is the maximum range for our devices. Please understand that this will decrease on a normal setup where wireless interference is present. (i.e. physical barrier between speakers) 2.Firmware version – if you have not done this yet, please download the JBL Connect Application on your Android/iOS device and pair each of your speakers. Make sure that both devices are updated to the latest version. If none of these helped, please try to reset both speakers. •Power on the Pulse 2 •For 2 seconds, press and hold the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons •The Pulse 2 will power off, and is now reset If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

Since this afternoon I couldn't connect pulse 2 trough Bluetooth, my iPhone couldn't find the device. The battery indicator still have 3 dots. when I pressed the Bluetooth button on the device the led between Bluetooth and "+" started to blink.
What you are experiencing is not normal. Try pairing with the speaker again by pressing the Bluetooth button on your speaker and selecting the PULSE 2 on your phone. If this does not resolve the issue, please do a reset by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play/Pause" buttons at the same time for 2-3 seconds. When the device switches itself off, it has been reset. Do the same procedure to re-pair and see if the problem persists. If none of these things work, Please send an e-mail to email@example.com and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Can you use JBL connect feature to connect 2 pulse 2 without the JBL app? I have a iphone 4s currently so JBL app won't work on it.
Yes, you can connect your two PULSE 2 via JBL Connect feature but will only play Party-mode and not Stereo-mode. Stereo-mode feature can only be activated using the JBL Connect Application that can be downloaded on supported Android or iOS devices.

Can you connect the speaker to a TV or laptop via AUX?
Yes... using a 3.5mm stereo jack wire is possible... about the tv, you must check before if the tv has an speaker outlet. if is like that.. check the plug it uses, but for sure, the side of the Pulse 2 and even other JBL Speakers use the 3.5mm Stereo Jack
