Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery life and sound I got these for Christmas, I took them out of the box and used them almost non-stop for about a month before they died, plus, the sound quality was absolutely fantastic, I would like a little bit more bass though, and the little screws on the front fell off, other than that 6/5 ⭐️

I've had my E40BT headphones for 3 months now and they have worked great. Then today my right earphone will not admit sound through Bluetooth or using the hardwire. I've tried multiple devices and all results are the same. What can I do?

hi there, I have bought 4 of these for me and my friends ..... two of them had the same issue now which the left headphone is not working .... is that common and what would be the solution ?!!! thanks

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the E40BT. Try a different source to isolate the issue. If your source device has a balance control please check and make sure that it is not set favoring the right side. I noticed that you are in Dubai. Please contact the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to assist you.

Hello, I wasn't using my headphones for over one month, now I wanted to use them, but battery died. I started loading the battery,but the diode wasn't blinking with white and red light like usually and it didn't make the sound like usually. What happened?

The LED lights up red when charging, and changes color to white when charging is complete. To determine where the problem is, please plug it in at an alternate power source. I noticed that you are in Poznań, Polska. If the issue persists, please contact the store that you purchased your unit from and they should be able to assist you, or at least guide you to those who can.

Hi, may I know how can I charge the headphones to what power source. it doesn't indicated on the instructions how to charge or what power source is advisable though it was indicated 3 hours the charging duration.

You can use any charger that has a minimum rating of 5 volts 1 amp for charging the E40bt.

Im using these headphones with a IPhone 5c and I get 30 minutes of bluetooth connectivity, is there a problem on my end or is this common?

What you have experienced can be explained. There is a high chance that it is because of the power saving feature that turned your E40BT to disconnect once it stopped sensing signal and/or vise versa, with your iPhone 5c standby mode feature, that once idle for a certain period will automatically disconnect or turn off any active app or connection. If this cannot be prevented, I noticed that you are located in Canada. Please contact your local store where it was purchased for further assistance.

I was able to use my E40BT headphones and the pairing process worked fine, but they became unpaired. Now I am unable to pair them again. I have rebooted my nano, and sometimes E40BT appears as a device but it will not finish pairing. Tips for pairing?

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues pairing your E40BT with your iOS devices. To place the E40BT in pairing mode, while the headphones are on, press and hold the Bluetooth button. The LED should start flashing, indicating that the E40BT is now ready to pair. Check back on your iPhone or nano and you should now be able to connect to the headphones.

Hello, connected in bluetooth to my iPad, in audio-conferences, I can hear very well but my relatives almost don't. It's the same on the iPhone (telephone conversation). any way to increase the mic volume ?

There is no way to increase the volume of the microphone on the E40BT. One thing we should check is on either device, see if the E40BT is selected as a media playback device or as a headphone. If the earlier was selected, select the headphone profile. This should fix your issue.

How long do the headphone have to charge before they turn on? Also quick guide has bad instructions. nothing is marked as to what the buttons are!!! Very difficult to set up these headphones.May return them.
