Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around These headphones are great all around. I'll start with the battery life when I say these headphones take absolutely forever to die. I could use these headphones every day for about an hour or two straight for a few weeks and they would still have battery life, it's ridiculous. To top it off the sound quality is excellent and they are very durable. I go to school everyday so these headphones are tossed around quite a bit in my back pack and just through every day use, that being said they have no scratches or loose parts. These also use a very common house hold charger cord therefor if I were to loose the charger it wouldn't be a problem, all parts are easily replaceable. Last but not least these headphones don't slow my phone down when using them and they are easy to connect to my phone. Overall these are a great buy and I have no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm so happy. So I bought these headphones in the end of December 2016 and I got them yesterday. The box looked nice and so did the headphones. One thing I liked was the build quality. I put the headphones on and they sounded great. But one thing that I didn't like was that there was a little bit of lag but I got rid of it with this app that Jbl made and it's available on Mac and Windows. It was 10 minute process but it was easy.

I use these headphones so far only with TV    the sound quality has 2 issues. Very distorted (awful ) when music plays and .5 second delay  more concerned by distorted sound. What adjustment can be made?

Asked by: ajw1206
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. A new HID tool has been released for Everest models 100BT 300BT & 700BT. This update improves the lip-sync issue that has been reported. The tool can be found on this page - https://www.jbl.com/support-product.html#everest Click on “View Support” on the Everest 100, then select Software Updates. Once the tool is downloaded along with the software update, you will find a PDF file which contains detailed instructions on how to use the update tool. Important Note: At this time, you should download the software to a Windows PC only, MAC is currently not supported.

How do I turn the headphones off? The top light is on. When I press the bottom key (OFF), nothing happens.

Asked by: BGF628
Please press and hold the on/off button until you hear the unit turn off and/or see the LED light turn red. The EVEREST 300 also turns off automatically once it receives no signal from connected sources.

Hi, I have the problem that my Everest is going into sharing mode whenever I am listening on music over Bluetooth. After one minute of listening I hear the voice "JBL Everest is ready to share". Has to restart them, and after one minute it happens again.

Asked by: makxan
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the EVEREST 300. Try to do a reset. To reset it, with the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds. This enables the EVEREST 300 to put in pairing mode again. Search Bluetooth devices from your source source and connect to the EVEREST 300. I noticed that you are in Norway. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store that you purchased the EVEREST 300 from and they should be able to assist you, or at least guide you to those who can.

will these work with my mac book pro retina

Asked by: pickleparty33
Certainly. As long as your Mac is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the EVEREST 300 should work without any issue. Clear the audio preference cache on your Mac Book Pro and you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website.

In my Everest 300 the left ear isn't working

Asked by: Joanne
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your EVEREST 300. A possibility is if you are using an equalizer with your source, please make sure that the balance is not favoring the Right channel. If this is not what causes it, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.
