Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around These headphones are great all around. I'll start with the battery life when I say these headphones take absolutely forever to die. I could use these headphones every day for about an hour or two straight for a few weeks and they would still have battery life, it's ridiculous. To top it off the sound quality is excellent and they are very durable. I go to school everyday so these headphones are tossed around quite a bit in my back pack and just through every day use, that being said they have no scratches or loose parts. These also use a very common house hold charger cord therefor if I were to loose the charger it wouldn't be a problem, all parts are easily replaceable. Last but not least these headphones don't slow my phone down when using them and they are easy to connect to my phone. Overall these are a great buy and I have no complaints.

I've bought mine 2/3 months ago. I have problem with connecting through bluetooth with apple products. Whitman I do with this?

Asked by: adam12
Please make sure that the EVEREST 300 is on pairing mode when connecting to different devices. If you are pairing to another source device, please reset your headset. To reset it, with the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds. This enables the EVEREST 300 to go into pairing mode. Search Bluetooth devices from your source source and connect to the EVEREST 300. Play music and enjoy. I noticed that you are in Poland. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

Have only just got these headphones yesterday and recently when I have been listening to music on my phone, it lags and it almost seems like it is buffering, this is when I am about 1 meter away from my phone??

Asked by: Jamescrane17
Assuming you are connected via Bluetooth, there is a high chance that it is because of EMI (electro-magnetic interference). EMI interferes with the Bluetooth connection causing your EVEREST 300 to disconnect and/or cut in-n-out. The EVEREST 300’s maximum Bluetooth range is 10 meters (roughly 33 ft.) without any connection obstacles (i.e. other wireless devices, concrete walls/divisions). This decreases significantly in a typical home set-up. Try resetting your EVEREST 300 by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds, after the headset is powered OFF. This enables the EVEREST 300 to go into pairing mode. Search and connect to the headset again on your source device. I noticed that you are in the United Kingdom. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

I received my Everest 300 headphones last week, charged them, and have used them for roughly 5-6 hours. I'm leaving for a lengthy business trip and I figured I'd "top-off" the charge. When I plug in the charging cable, the red light does not llluminate

Asked by: Turkc
Once the battery is full, the red light on the EVEREST 300 will not illuminate since it does not need charging.

Can anyone explain why while using these headphones my volume is totally controlled by my iPhone 7? If i connect to any other device the volume controls will work independently. Ive tried through the settings on my iPhone, but nothing changes. Thanks

Asked by: mabl5
The best experience you could have, when using Bluetooth, is to set your device volume at max, and control the volume at the BT speaker/headphone. Most people don’t do this. So Apple sends the maximum level to the device, and allows you to control the volume of the BT speaker/headphone from the phone. This is actually a very good feature.

I'm not able to connect my head phones with my Phone using Bluetooth, since the devise is not appearing on my Phone's Blutooth

Asked by: Abdul Hai
The power button is also the pairing button on the EVEREST 300. Once you have switched ON the headphones, you would need to press the power button again for about 3 seconds for the pairing mode to be initiated. If you are pairing another source device, please reset your headset. To reset it, with the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds. This enables the EVEREST 300 to go into pairing mode. Search Bluetooth devices from your source source and connect to the EVEREST 300. Play music and enjoy.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. A new HID tool has been released for Everest models 100BT 300BT & 700BT. This update improves the lip-sync issue that has been reported. The tool can be found on this page - https://www.jbl.com/support-product.html#everest Click on “View Support” on the Everest 100, then select Software Updates. Once the tool is downloaded along with the software update, you will find a PDF file which contains detailed instructions on how to use the update tool. Important Note: At this time, you should download the software to a Windows PC only, MAC is currently not supported.
