How can i charge my headphones? The one side of the usb cable i connect to the earphones and the other one where?

Asked by: Diana465
Each headphone is shipped with a micro USB charging cable. Connect the USB charging cable to the micro USB port of the headphones, right beside the AUX port. USB is the only way to charge the headphones, and all normal USB chargers may be used. There are no adapters specifically made for this model and can be charged using any USB adapter that is rated at 5V, .5A or higher.

Are these able to be used with VoIP?

Asked by: Earl91932
The EVEREST ELITE 700 can be used for VOIP using Bluetooth. Just make sure that the VOIP software detects the headset as a microphone capable speaker. Some computers/laptops also need to have their Bluetooth hardware updated to support Audio Streaming via Bluetooth.

I have the JBL Everest Elite 700's. The headphones will not respond to the power button, i.e they won't turn on. Also, the light that activates while you charge the headphones does not light up, so I'm uncertain if the headphones are charging or not.

Asked by: Isak
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the EVEREST ELITE 700. If you have a similar charging cable you can use to try and charge the unit just to isolate the issue, please do try using it. I noticed that you are in Sweden. If you are still having issues, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

Have the Everest Elite 700's. This morning both LED lights on the right side were lit (top is red bottom is white) and the headphones will not work. Buttons will not respond at all and charge light will not come on when plugged in. Any ideas?

Asked by: Rogue
We apologize if you are having issues with the EVEREST ELITE 700. Led indicators the one on top lit up red indicating the unit is low on charge, the one at the bottom indicating ambient aware is turned on. However, if the unit does not react on any button presses nor getting charged, what you can do is let the battery drained completely, and then fully charge the unit. If the unit does not function normally after this reset procedure, please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.
