headphone is not charging and red light is also not burning I have it only 4 days

What you are experiencing is not normal. I am sorry if you are having this issue. Since EVEREST 700 uses a generic micro USB cable, please try a different charging cable to isolate the issue. If this doesn't help, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

When plugging in to charge I read the red light stays on while it is charging but when I plug my in a power source red light goes off for about a second then turns off am I doing something wrong? I have tried plugging to outlet and computer same results.

I cannot get the update SW to work on my JBL Everest 700 Headphones. Get to the screen when it asks you to plug into the headphone via USB cable and then press the Long volume button and the MFB button simultaniously for 5 sec. Better instructions?

If you have a new EVEREST 700, it is quite possible that the update does not need to be performed. It is highly possible that you have the already updated software on your headphones. Please contact your local JBL Customer Support for technical service, thank you!

The audio quality when i use it on wireless mode is better when i use it in wired mode.Is this normal for my headsets? Thank you.

Hi. Yes, this is not uncommon. The built-in amplifiers are specifically made to drive these headphones, and an external source may not be able to perform as well. That being said, you should be able to find source devices or external headphone amplifiers that do an even better job, but it may be quite expensive.

Can is use a phone wall adapter to get power from my electrical wall jack to charge my headset?

Yes, it is completely safe to charge the EVEREST 700 using a regular phone charger. There are no adapters specifically made for this model and can be charged using any USB adapter that is rated at 5V, 0.5A or higher. Please do take note that higher output rating (1.0A - 2.0A) will significantly improve the charging time.

Hi how do i take off the ear pads if they have become damaged - do you have a how to guide? i have received the replacements but a guide would be handy
