Hi, Does this product have a fw upgrage? Currently the bluetooth connection with sub problem and the sub strange noises, make me think this is the last JBL product for me. Hope a FW upgrade can solve some of the problems. Thanks. Amir

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. As of the moment, we haven't released a firmware update for SB350. What you are experiencing is not normal. Please reset the sound bar by following these steps: 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button. 3. The Soundbar is now reset. I noticed that you are in Israel. If the issue persists, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

Hello bought a sb 350 cinema, the optical cable works perfectly when turning the bluetooth on, the sub makes a strange random noise, even with the low sound, especially when paired with an iPhone, can you help me? Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the SB350. The problem may be connection interference from nearby wireless devices (Wi-Fi Routers). Please try placing such devices away from the speakers to isolate the issue. If the issue persists, noticed that you are in Brazil, please submit a case at http://www.jbl.com.br and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Hi I have a problem with Samsung UE55KU6000K UHD TV. No sound from subwoofer at all using HDMI ARC. I think I've made right settings in Samsung's menu - PCM in HDMI format and Dolby Digital in audioformat. Connecting and bluetooth audio - OK.

Asked by: dmgusev81
Make sure that the subwoofer is paired with the soundbar. Press the pairing button located at the back of the soundbar until the blue light blinks fast. Once you see the fast blinking blue light, press the pairing button on the subwoofer until the light turns solid blue. After pairing, play an audio file with some bass to check if sound will come out of the subwoofer. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Having problems connecting with Samsung 6290. It doesnt pair with optical cable. How can I solve this?

Asked by: sipa
One thing that we have to make sure of is that the SB 350 is set to the Optical source. To do this, press the Source Select button on the SB350, and this button should turn amber. You can also press the Optical button on the SB350 remote which is the button below the Bluetooth button. If possible, also try using a different optical cable. If none of these things work, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Please make sure that the distance between the soundbar and subwoofer is no more than 50 feet (15.3m). Try and perform a reset on the sound bar by following these steps: 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button. 3. The Soundbar is now reset. I noticed that you are in Brazil.
