It connects wirelessly to its compact, powerful subwoofer, and connects with a single cable to a TV. It also can play music wirelessly from Bluetooth smartphones or tablets. It also remembers up to 10 different Bluetooth devices for instant reconnection. It can learn any TV remote volume control, giving you simplified control over your Home Cinema experience. A wall or table EQ button calibrates the SB350 for any type of installation and independent volume control of the subwoofer lets you customize bass response to your personal taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear, crisp and warm sound I bought this about 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the results. It replaced my aging Yamaha 5.1 component system that I loved but the wife and kids found too much of a hassle. Since day 1 the TV volume has been off, we use the sound bar for everything and everyone is happy. For a 2.1 system I've been surprised how well it's replaced the old 5.1, in fact on some of my favourite movies the mid range on this JBL outstrips the old Yamaha hands down. Bluetooth streaming of music from the iPad or PC works perfectly and it has just enough grunt to do action movies justice. Important feature if your shopping around is the bass can be adjusted up and down whereas on some in the price range it can't.

Is the subwoofer of SB350 same with the ones on SB250?

Yes, the subwoofers that comes with the SB 350 and 250 are identical.

Sub-woofer is getting disturbed while playing music, is it due to bluetooth paring problem or faulty device?, please let me know I bought it just one month back. Soundbar is working.

There is a high chance that it is because of EMI or electro-magnetic interference that interferes your Bluetooth connection causing your Sub-woofer to disconnect. Also, ensure its distance from the source, if you are using Bluetooth make sure that its within 10 ft. radius. If this cannot be prevented, we should try to un-pair your source from the SB400 by deleting the SB400 from your Bluetooth devices list. After doing so, try pairing with the SB400 again by pressing the Bluetooth button on the soundbar and selecting the SB400 on your phone. If this does not resolve the issue, please reset the SB400. In standby mode - Press "Volume-" (minus) button and "Surround mode" button simultaneously for approx 3 seconds - soundbar turns on - soundbar is reset. Do the same procedure to re-pair and see if the problem persists. It is important not to press too hard on the Volume- button, because that will also press down the Volume+ end of the button, and the reset will not work then. If you press too hard, two clicks should be felt or heard, indicating that this is wrong. If none of these things work, I noticed that you are located in India. Please contact your local store where it was purchased.

do we have a solution to the sub woofer on sb350 making a popping sound

David, did you heare someting new concerning your popping sound in subwoofer ? I do have excact the same problem. They have tryed to update the subwoofer twice, but with no effect. (Authorized service center in Denmark). I'm aware that many have the same problem.

Köpte SB350 för 2 veckor sedan. När volymen är låg, hörs det ett "knackande" ljud från subwoofern. Använder den optiska kabeln. Hur blir man av med det störande ljudet?

Hej! Prova att byta eluttaget. Vi rekommenderar att subben har sitt egna vägguttag och att den inte ansluts till ett grenuttag där andra apparater är anslutna eftersom den kräver mycket ström som kan orsaka ett sådant missljud. Om detta inte hjälper prova också att återställa soundbaren så här: Slå på enheten och sedan tryck på Surround och Volym Minus knapparna samtidigt i 4 sekunder sedan släpp av dem. Käll och Ström knappen borde blinka i få sekunder som betyder att den har blivit återställd (efter man återställer soundbaren behöver man ihoppara soundbaren med subben igen eftersom de ska tappa anslutningen). The SB350 HDMI connection to an HDMI ARC enabled Vizio TV doesn't work.  The optical cable connection works though I want the HDMI link to operate as it should. Please advise on this issue so it can be solved. Have tried all suggested solutions. Thanks.

Please do try and perform a reset on the sound bar by following these steps: 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times. 3. The soundbar is now reset. Once the reset is done, retry to pair the soundbar and its subwoofer. Please make sure that you are not holding down the pairing button on the soundbar and is only pressing it once. Also, you have to make sure that both devices have a blue light that is blinking rapidly.

I managed to pair the subwoofer right away when I bought it, but one time when I had to pull the plug from the sounder, they won't pair up anymore, no matter how many times I leave both devices in "Pairing Mode". Is there a way to reset everything?
