Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear, crisp and warm sound I bought this about 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the results. It replaced my aging Yamaha 5.1 component system that I loved but the wife and kids found too much of a hassle. Since day 1 the TV volume has been off, we use the sound bar for everything and everyone is happy. For a 2.1 system I've been surprised how well it's replaced the old 5.1, in fact on some of my favourite movies the mid range on this JBL outstrips the old Yamaha hands down. Bluetooth streaming of music from the iPad or PC works perfectly and it has just enough grunt to do action movies justice. Important feature if your shopping around is the bass can be adjusted up and down whereas on some in the price range it can't.

Hi, i just bought this jbl sb350 to home, but the bluetooth doesnt work like i tested at the store, how to fix this bluetooth pairing?

Asked by: Cleo88
Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Please try and perform a reset on the sound bar by following these steps: 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button. 3. The Soundbar is now reset. If the SB350 is still not being detected by your Bluetooth device, please forget the SB350 on your phone and restart your phone. Then perform the pairing procedure again. I noticed that you are in the Philippines. If this doesn't help, please send an e-mail to support.apac@harman.com and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I am getting an echo when the soundbar is turned on. A quick fix, hopefully?

Asked by: Jimmy714
What you are experiencing may be caused by some settings on your TV. Most TVs would disable its own volume when an external speaker like a CINEMA SB 350 is connected. Please check your TV’s settings, normally under Audio or Speaker settings, if there is a way to turn off the volume completely on the TV.

Hi, I brought SB350 and i would like to see the volume level & Bass level in Television. How to do that?? Please help me.

Asked by: Niti
The TV can only show OSD info when the soundbar is selected as the source, showing material from sources connected to the soundbar inputs. The Audio Feedback button on the remote control enables/disables audio feedback. When enabled, this feature will add an audible tone to help you recognize when other features are engaged:

Sub-woofer is getting disturbed while playing music, is it due to bluetooth paring problem or faulty device?, please let me know I bought it just one month back. Soundbar is working.

Asked by: loga
There is a high chance that it is because of EMI or electro-magnetic interference that interferes your Bluetooth connection causing your Sub-woofer to disconnect. Also, ensure its distance from the source, if you are using Bluetooth make sure that its within 10 ft. radius. If this cannot be prevented, we should try to un-pair your source from the SB400 by deleting the SB400 from your Bluetooth devices list. After doing so, try pairing with the SB400 again by pressing the Bluetooth button on the soundbar and selecting the SB400 on your phone. If this does not resolve the issue, please reset the SB400. In standby mode - Press "Volume-" (minus) button and "Surround mode" button simultaneously for approx 3 seconds - soundbar turns on - soundbar is reset. Do the same procedure to re-pair and see if the problem persists. It is important not to press too hard on the Volume- button, because that will also press down the Volume+ end of the button, and the reset will not work then. If you press too hard, two clicks should be felt or heard, indicating that this is wrong. If none of these things work, I noticed that you are located in India. Please contact your local store where it was purchased.

The SB350 HDMI connection to an HDMI ARC enabled Vizio TV doesn't work.  The optical cable connection works though I want the HDMI link to operate as it should. Please advise on this issue so it can be solved. Have tried all suggested solutions. Thanks.

Asked by: Mikey D
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues making HDMI work with your SB350. Since this would involve different components, and possibly, trouble-shooting, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

On last question, I meant soundbar, not sounder.

Asked by: Petter Thomassen
Please do try and perform a reset on the sound bar by following these steps: 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times. 3. The soundbar is now reset. Once the reset is done, retry to pair the soundbar and its subwoofer. Please make sure that you are not holding down the pairing button on the soundbar and is only pressing it once. Also, you have to make sure that both devices have a blue light that is blinking rapidly.
