i pushed both pairing buttons at the same time still nothing and now i have no sound at all

Asked by: normie
Please try the following... First do a full reset... 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times. 3. The soundbar is now reset. Now try to pair the units again 1. Make sure both the soundbar and sub are on. 2. Press the pairing button on the soundbar, quickly, once. It should start blinking quickly. 3. Press the pairing button on the subwoofer, quickly, once. It should also start blinking quickly. 4. Within roughly 10 seconds the two units should pair. If this does not work, please try it several times, and try turning off any other wireless type devices (phones, baby monitors, etc.) that might be present as they may be causing interference.

I recently bought SB350 , I'm able to connect my i Phone for streaming music and I'm not able to pair my other phone Moto G and Micromax Canvas. please help here

Asked by: Raviraj
When you paired your iPhone with the SB350, which was fresh out of the box, the SB350 was already in pairing mode. The iPhone did not have a difficult time searching for the SB350 and pair with it. So to pair the other devices you would need to manually put the SB350 in pairing mode again by pressing the Bluetooth button until the button blinks, then search for the SB350 on the other devices. **Pair each device one at a time**

I have a sharp hdmi smart tv and everything works fine but my cable tv remote which is from charter in Sparks Nevada does not work.  Any info will help. Thanks

Asked by: Kalii
You can program your remote control to control the soundbar by just pushing volume up on the soundbar button and then on your remote control, then same thing but volume down and then both and mute on the tv remote. Not sure if this answers your question. Just trying to help here.

I bought my JBL SB 350 yesterday and the setup of it was very easy to perform. However the subwoofer is making from time to time strange noises that look like interferences, kind of popping noises. I read that there are more Clients with the same issue.

Asked by: fjgb
It could be that this is due to a wireless router or another wireless device like phones, tablets or computers for example which may be active around the unit. Could you please try to turn off or move away any wireless devices and check whether the noise is gone. Also, could you also try to move the subwoofer to a different location for a test? If the popping noise still occurs after trying what was instructed above, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.
