Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound is good Brought these few days ago to train with the sound is good and clear but the ear covers are a nightmare to put on if you decide to swap them. Other downside no app for them so really have to guess at battery levels etc

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some value, with drawbacks. I have been using the product for 10 days or so. It's disappointing so far. The music audio is good. The phone audio is very sub-par. The controls are awkward and not that easy to use. The re-charging cord seems cheap. I will probably return soon. Even the earpieces lag the old Yurbuds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Died after a week I bought these after a week, and i got the "blue light of death." This is where the bluetooth light stays on, but isn't paired or pairable, or recognizeable by anything, nor is it working. So, they are instantly trash. There is no hard reset, there is no fix from JBL-Harman. I was asked "did you try returning them to where you purchased them?" Gee thanks! So, these are toast. I picked up a pair of Yurbuds (knowing they are also made by JBL), hopefully they survive longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They do actually hurt & fall out. Bought these because I work for Toyota. And Toyota puts JBL speakers in their high end models. Always loved JBL. But these were a total disappointment. They do actually hurt. And they do actually fall out. A lot!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They just don't fit Sadly, despite the video and pitch about a perfect fit, never fall out and never hurt, these didn't fit, hurt and fell out constantly. Admittedly, I often have trouble finding a good fitting in ear but hoped the lock system would work as advertised. Love JBL products but this one was a disappointment for me.

I have had the headphones for about 2 months now and am/were really enjoying them. unfortunately they have just stopped I thought it might of been due to not being charged but was proven wrong. the light turns on when plugged in briefly.but wont turn on
