I do work for a wireless carrier and this speaker displays magenta beautifully! This speak pairs with another effortlessly and way quicker than UE Boom2. Worth every penny!

My Pulse 2 was purchased in the US. It was given to me as a gift. I am in the Philippines. The indicator lights suddenly died while charging. Now it won't turn on at all.

I have a JBL Pulse2 that will not connect via Bluetooth. When I press the Bluetooth button it causes the light button to flash @ 2Hz, but will not pair. Once it begins flashing the only way to stop it is to turn it off. Resetting does not resolve.

Please Unpair/Forget the PULSE 2 from your device. Re-pair and test. If nothing changes, you may also try to pair it with another device to determine where the problem is. To confirm, the reset instructions for the PULSE 2 is by pressing and holding the Volume+ and the Play buttons until the unit shuts off. If the issue still persists, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

How do I get the pulse 2 out of demo mode?

To exit the PULSE 2’s demo mode, please follow the steps below: 1. Plug the speaker to the charger. 2. While charging, press and hold the Volume+ and the JBL Connect buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the unit shuts off. Your unit has exited DEMO mode. If this doesn't help, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you.

drivers for windows7 AND PULSE 2

The PULSE 2 does not require any specific drivers. It utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most computers. Simply make sure that your computer supports Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection. Most computers usually provide a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio. Once you’ve made sure that the computer has the necessary driver, you can now pair your PULSE 2 by pressing the Bluetooth button on the speaker to place it on pairing mode and searching for available Bluetooth devices in your computer.

If your source device does not have the required Bluetooth technology, you can connect to the Pulse 2 using an AUX cable (3.5mm jack).

Hi, I've been charging my JBL Pulse 2 just fine, but when do I know its fully charged?

PULSE 2 normally would take 5 hours to charge and LED indicator will turn solid white once its fully charged. Also, there will be no indication when you are charging with power OFF.

I have a Bluetooth issue in the 6.3 version. It pairs with the iPad, plays 10 sec of music and cut the transmition. Could you support me?

I'm sorry that you are having issues with the PULSE 2. Please try to reset the speaker. While the unit is turned ON, press and hold the "Volume +" and "Play/Pause" buttons simultaneously for 2-3 seconds. The PULSE 2 will turn OFF indicating that it has been reset. Re-pair your device and observe. I noticed that you are in Brazil. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a case at tecnica@harman.com and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Hello! My speaker turns on automatically when it is plugged into the charger, but it won't work. It cannot be paired with the phone and none of the buttons work. Once I unplug it from the charger, it will turn off and won't turn on until I plug it in.
