Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't live up to my expectations. Doesn't link to my other link speakers. Fades the black of the signal from my TV service.

I just purchased the 5.1 Sound bar with detachable speakers. I noticed when i was hooking up the sub, there is a aux port that is labeled S/W upgrade. Does this mean I could hook another sub up through this aux port? if not, what does it mean then?

Asked by: Kawi
The S/W upgrade port is only used for software updates. When an update is available, the subwoofer is connected to the Aux port of the soundbar using a 3.5mm aux cable. Adding another subwoofer is not possible.

Can I pair this to my JBL 2.1 sound bar for extra bass?

Our JBL SW10 is designed to pair with our JBL Link Bar. Also, OJBL Bar 2.1 is a standalone soundbar-subwoofer system. Unfortunately, additional speakers can't be added to it.
