Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I received this a month ago, and it's changed the way I work out. It was a pain to switch out the ear buds, but it makes sense that it would because otherwise they'd be falling out or loose. Besides the initial setup, it's been fantastic!

No Bluetooth heartrate connection from headphones using Endomondo on Windows 10 Mobile? Everything else is great. Suggestions?

Asked by: SteveS
UA heart rate can be tracked via its own app MapMyFitness app and for Endomondo to get the records you need to create a profile for Endomondo, then login and on the App, Go to Settings, then Connect, tick on Enable synchronization of workouts, select MapMyFitness and authorize the connection and you also need to have a login for MapMyfitness, all workouts tracked will be synchronized between these two apps. Jumping to windows 10 mobile, Bluetooth profiles for this device should allow UA headphones to read your heart rate. Additional information, Bluetooth profile that reads heart rate is called GATT and windows 10 mobile Bluetooth has this, should this fails we would recommend to contact your windows based device manufacturer for hardware and software support.

Does the heart rate monitor take a continuous heart rate?

Asked by: GeeGee
Yes, the UA SPORT WIRELESS HEART RATE does take a continuous heart rate. There is an option to turn this off by pressing and holding the right bud.

Over time, the rubber on the ear pieces gets loose and starts to slip off easily. As a result i lost one of the rubber ear pieces for my earphones. Is there anywhere where I can purchase the rubber pieces? I don't want to waste $200 on another pair.

My HR becomes disconnected once I switch back to the "Track your Workout" screen on MapMyRun app. This happens every so often. Some runs the HR works perfectly, other times it never connects or keeps disconnecting. Any suggestions?

Asked by: HRrunner
Thanks for your patience and I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.. Each time you navigate away from the HR page in the app the headphones will say "heart rate disconnected," but as soon as you start recording a workout, the HR Headphones should say "searching for heart rate." Within a few seconds they should say "Heart Rate detected," at which point the stat "Current Heart Rate" will appear within the app on your workout screen, and your HR will be tracked for the entirety of your workout. If this cannot be prevented please submit a case at www.jbl.com/contact-support.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to further assist you.

Will these work with out ios apps such as icardio? Can you switch back and forth between apps while it is recording your heart rate? Would need to be logging sets at the gym while going back to the HR app.

Asked by: lashmonster
Yes-the heart rate should work with other apps with no issues. Please know though, that you'll also get a free 1-year subscription to Map My Fitness which tracks calories, reps, miles, etc. - so you do have an alternative to your apps like iCardio.

I just bought a pair and I would like to know if there is a way to control the bass?

Asked by: Slugger85
The UNDER ARMOUR SPORT WIRELESS HEART RATE doesn't have a separate control for the bass. The volume control that is located on the three button mic is for the volume of the earphones and not specifically for the bass. You can use you music app EQ if you feel it necessary.

Will the Map My Run app also track your mileage, or is it only to track your heart rate? Thank you for your time.

Asked by: Nuwar2
Yes, it will actually record your workout details, including duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation, calories burned, and route traveled on an interactive map.
