JBL GO 2 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little speaker Used for a few weeks now in the garden , sounding really good at steady volume levels . I'm sure it would be just as good at higher volumes , but not had grounds to use it so. Build quality fantastic and not had to charge since I got it despite many evenings of use. Highly recommend at superb price .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound I bought this because it I should portable, light and funky. The sound is good provided you are in line with the speaker, but that’s to be expected. Easy to use and to connect. My only issue is the “boing” sound when it comes on or off...when you are trying to create a quiet meditative space it is not quite the right thing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a bass wow I have this small bluetooth speaker pass week and this is perfect for outdoor activity like going to beach. Its waterproof and has a small footprint so you can carry it to anywhere I wish they made the battery life little longer but for the size this is great

Can this be used as an external speakerphone for phone calls using a Samsung Galaxy?

Asked by: FastEddie
Only if you use the phone (answering or making a call) within around 10 minutes of having it connected to your phone. Otherwise it auto shuts itself down after around 10 minutes, even if you have it plugged into an external power source, a serious design flaw. This in my opinion renders this speaker pretty useless as a speakerphone.

Other than bluetooth, can you connect this speaker to a computer with USB or another line? I mainly need something at work. Dont want the typical big, hardwired speakers.

Does jbl go 2 have a better bass and sound quality than the old go? Is the go 2 better than the go?

Asked by: Rith8880
Hi, Thank you for your question. The sound performance has been improved compared to the first edition. You will get much more fuller and deeper sound with the new model. In addition, the JBL Go 2 has passive bass radiators where the old one had a bass reflex tube (less bass performance).
