Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I used JBL for almost a year and wanted to buy a new set for my husband. The sound quality is amazing, soothing and the google integration is the best. On top of it, The best price for the best product. I bought as a christmas gift and the shipping was free. I love JBL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Sound for Google Home We installed Google Home for Christmas this year. One of my wife's requirements was to be able to play music anywhere in the house. After some research, I decided to save a little money and get portable speakers of good quality rather than the much-more-expensive stationary speakers. Found the Link 20's favorably reviewed almost universally and have always been a JBL fan, so I took a chance and got a pair of them to be the backbone of our music streaming entertainment. Man, am I glad I did! The sound is verging on phenomenal for speakers this size. Currently have four speakers "attached" to Google Home. My two JBL portables and two Google Home devices and have them set up individually and in groups to allow us play music where we are and throughout the house. The Links fold seamlessly into the Google Home app. That is, you don't have to install a separate JBL app on your phone to use them. This is nice since most other devices do require an app. My single complaint of the product is that it must be plugged in to be "always on". If running on battery, it will shut down after being dormant for a time. While I understand the logic of this, the complaint is that the cable for the power adapter is too short for use anywhere. And, I'm not sure why anyone would do this, but, the power adapter and cable are day glow orange. This is minor and more of an annoyance than a real issue. So, if you're on the fence, jump. You've found your wireless, blue tooth, water proof, portable speaker solution. Am currently, seriously, considering a Link 300 - the bigger, much more expensive stationary speaker JBL offers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant I was given this for Christmas as I like to listen to music in the bathroom. It’s perfect & linking to my google Assistant makes it so easy to use. No leads & waterproof makes it ideal in my bathroom. The Speaker is amazing, I’m so happy

I am considering purchasing this for a gift for my parents would the sound be good for a tv?

Asked by: Pierce
This is the wrong thing to get if you want to add better audio to a TV. You're going to want either a sound bar, or sound base, or a powered pair of speakers to go on either side. The JBL Link series don't have any way to receive the TV's audio.

Hi, the Link speakers unfortunately does not have the Connect/ Connect + feature as the Link series are mainly used as Google assistant and cannot be connected to your Charge 3/Xtreme/Flip 4 . You can in turn Sync all the Link speakers using the Google home app and make a group of speakers that plays the same music at the same time.

I'm having issues reconnecting my JBL Link 20 as my previous wi-fi was unstable. How do I reconnect as I can no longer find it via google home? Is there a reset process for the speaker?

Asked by: Ozone
Same thing happened to me. Press and hold the "Mute Microphone" button under the power button for about 13 seconds. Once you see a red light above the power button, you can let go and it'll be master reset.
