how many dB is the output?

Asked by: josh01
Hi, and thank you for your interest! We do not specify max. SPL, and it would be pretty uninteresting anyway, since that depends to a very large degree on the frequency content of the signal. Deep bass will eat up a lot of energy without sounding particularly loud, and a lot of midrange can sound intolerably loud, with much less energy used. I can say that Partybox can play very, very loud. Whether it plays loud enough for you is a totally individual assessment. If you want to cover an auditorium with 500 people in it, it can probably not play loud enough, or move enough air in the bass, but in a normal living-room, I think all would consider it plenty loud. And of course, you can always connect a second Partybox to increase bass volume and max volume a lot. Try it out, I think you will be impressed.

How do I connect my Alesis16 analogue mixer to any JBL speaker system including this one, or the JBL Charge 3 Connect+, remotely using the blue-tooth facility. I would like to use a series of small speakers to dot around a room. Live music application?

Asked by: Kaimj1
Hi, Sadly we don't have information on the Alesis 16. As we also only offer support for Guitar or Microphone conections to the Partybox, we can't advise on how to connect an analogue mixer. JBL Connect+ is a feature to connect multiple Connect+ devices with eachother, when the source device is a mobile device connected by Bluetooth. The mobile device should support the JBL Connect App for Connect+ to work. For more information about our products, please contact our Customer Support, they will gladly assist you.

What would be better to use to shoot music videos? The Partybox or the Boombox? I am looking for the loudest output so the artist can really get into the music.

Asked by: Aremator
Thank you for your question. We would recommend the Partybox 200 or 300 for this as they have a higher output. Both Powerboxes has 120W while the Boombox has 60W. If you want a speaker with a battery, pick the Partybox 300 as the Partybox 200 doesn't have one. If you need further assistance, please submit a case request at https://www.harmanaudio.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.

Hi what is the difference between the 200 and 300?

Asked by: Gibbo
Hi, The only difference is the battery in the Party Box 300. The Party Box 200 can only be used when connected to a power source, whereas the 300 can be used up to 18 hours on a full battery charge

How can I connect smaller JBL portable speakers to Partybox?

Asked by: Johnny321
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, you can not pair a small JBL speaker to the Partybox, you can only pair a second Partybox with the original Partybox. If you have anymore questions about this product or any of our products, please contact us on the following link https://uk.jbl.com/support-contact.html and one of our customer support agents will be more than happy to help you.

what is the difference between the party box 300 and the 200

Asked by: harry79
Thank you for your question. The difference between the Partybox 200 and 300 is the battery in the Partybox 300. The speakers specifications are all the same apart from the speakers power options.
