Disappointing sound.
I wasn’t expecting massive bass, but given the experience of my HK Onyx from the same stable, I thought I’d at least get a nice rich tone. It also makes some strange gurgling noises on DAB from time to time. Unfortunately, this £130 box is devoid of any bass at all, and is directly comparable to a £20 Bush radio from Argos. Yes, it’s heavier, and feels solid, but otherwise it’s £110 for a logo.

Den er veldig enkel i bruk og det er lett å lagre kanaler på hurtig knappene. Stort pluss at den kan lades opp, og batteriet holder lenge før man må lade igjen. Stort pluss at man kan koble til med Bluetooth. Meget god lyd og god bass. Dette er radioen for deg som ønsker det lille ekstra både lyd messig og det at den har Bluetooth.
Det eneste som er litt minus er at man må berøre f.eks volum knappen for å få skjermen på. Skulle ønske den sto på hele tiden for da kan jeg se hva sangen heter som den aktuelle radio kanalen spiller uten at jeg må strekke meg bort for å dreie på lyd knappen.

I am so lucky to test this through Reviewclub and I'm happy about that. It is very easy to use and has good sound. The battery has a lifespan of up to 15 hours after charging, and we use it everywhere as it is easy to take with you, whether it is in the bathroom, in the garden, in the garage or in the bedroom. Easy to connect with bluetooth so you can play your own playlists e.g. Gorgeous design that does not take up all the world's space as well. Helt ok, bra radio.
Jeg har testet denne for reviewclub.
Førsteinntrykket, litt klumpete, men ok design.
Knappene, liker ikke skruknappen for å bytte kanal, den er ikke optimal. Søkefunksjonen virker litt ustabil. Men den finner som regel allendab etter 2 forsøk. Lyden er helt ok som en bakgrunnshlytaler på stranda eller terrassen. Savner en app eller mulighet for litt lysstyring. Så alt i alt, skal du ha en radio, denne funker. Bra batterikapasitet.

can i leave the product permanently connected to the mains supply
Our JBL Tuner XL can be used while it is charging. No need to worry since all our products have a PCM (Protection Circuit Module) and charge management IC built-in, that manages and detects the charging of your unit. Once your speaker is fully charged, it will cut off the current to protect the battery. But we still recommend using the speaker on battery mode from time to time though (but not to the point of fully draining it). This is because lithium-ion batteries still slowly discharge themselves over time, which can lead to bad, fully drained batteries. Having a regular charging schedule will prevent this. We would suggest not waiting for the battery to be completely depleted. Once the unit is low in battery, charge the unit immediately.

Does this work as a Bluetooth speaker as well as a radio?

Is it somehow possible to connect Tuner with another speaker like Charge 3/4 and have output from there as well?

Is the battery removable by myself or I have to bring the tuner to your service center?
