The quality is excellent of the overall materials and the sound quality is good, very clear with a good depth of bass and clear high pitch range. I use for watching streaming media and also use as telephone headset as working from home with my partner i need to block out ambient noise which these do really well. My ear is sometimes a little sore after 8 hours of use because they fit so well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from These Are Exactly What I Need I use my JBL Quantum 50 daily connected to my Windows 10 PC. I have ALS and use my voice to operate and dictate to the computer. I enjoy the sound and the microphone picks up my voice well. I have also used these on my iPhone 6+. Siri picks up my voice cleanly. I have the dark version. To my eye, the actual orange is brighter and more prominent than represented in the photos.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sunda from Better Earbuds Available Bought nearly year ago and from what I remember; and when I first tried them they were quiet compared to my previous pair of earbuds. The JBL Quantum 50 is terrible; "designed for gaming", when my pair of $30 headphones had far better sound quality. These earbuds make me so frustrated because of the poor quality for the price. I remember when JBL was a dependable and trustworthy brand known for its quality. After this purchase I think I'll stay away from this brand. cons: - low volume - poor quality

It has a 3.5 mm jack which is compatible to laptop, but my friends have been complaining about hearing the playback from my browser like Netflix and YouTube. I sometimes can hear my echo as well, so it’s pretty useless when I use it for communication during the game. But it is comfortable when I plug it on my ear and the sound is not that bad. Since it’s not even $20 so I guess this is the price I have to pay.

Do they work for Xbox one wireless controllers? I would use Apple earbuds with my PDP controller but that’s the reason why I need these because those controllers always break on me. Would it work on a Series X Controller?

How do you pair the Quantum 50 with iPhone and with tv or other devices?

Our JBL Quantum 50 can only connect to devices via a 3.5mm aux port. This device does not have Bluetooth capabilities.
