Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds good. But, heavy. First, the bad, it feels heavy to my ears. And, it should be a bit louder. Now, the good, it sounds great. This is one of a few earbuds that can play classical music accurately. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound Quality, Super Durable I really love these earbuds. They've been great for me while traveling (on a plane a lot) as well as out hiking. I actually took these on a 4-5 hour hike, during which it started to absolutely downpour, and these were totally unaffected by the weather. They've also gotten wet by the pool and have equally been unaffected by water there. My only complaint is that it's hard to take calls whilst wearing earrings because they tend to bounce against the receiver but that's being a little nitpicky.

The sound quality is amazing connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note5. Great low, mid and high range sound. They come with multiple sized buds for different ear sizes. The microphone works amazing while making calls.

Is there a way to correct the sound delay? Movie watching is difficult because there is a second delay in hearing sound w Bluetooth

The firmware update does not work for Everest 100. The firmware for both OS X and Windows platforms reports that it cannot connect to the headphones. This is because that firmware software update is for the Everest Elite models and not the regular models. Please find us a solution to this audio sync problems when watching videos.

Have brand new pair. They do not seem to want to charge. What do they need? Will they pair with the apple watch?

When the Everest are charging, you will see a solid red light on the inline mic. When it is fully charged, the red light will shut off. At this time, the Everest 100 cannot be paired to the Apple watch. If you are still experiencing issues with the charging of these headphones, please contact our JBL Customer Service for technical support, thank you.

I have been trying to use these just as a phone earbud when I'm working in our warehouse, but it seems they keep turning themselves off. Do these things have an automatic timeout and turn themselves off?

I have the same problem, they shuts down even if they are on the table (Samsung S6 & XT1022, Android 5.1). The problem do not occurr if you are listening music or podcast.

It is a bit loud, even I set lowest volume. How can I reduce the volume more? If there is no way, can you do that with firmware?

My malware protection software (NIS) has removed some of the files contained in the HID Software downloaded from this page; why is this?

Hi. We have no reports about such problems, and the HID tool works fine on a Windows computer here. Our suggestion is that you try to perform the update on another computer.

Is it normal that the ear bud is a lot quieter than the left ? It's perfectly clean but I can't hear barely anything from the right earbud ?

What you are experiencing is not normal. Please check the settings in your source device and ensure that the balance (left to right) is set in the center. This will likely fix the issue. I noticed that you are in Ireland. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

The charging light is continually on when charging. It has been on charge for 5 hrs today and the light is still on. I have tried 3 separate micro usb charger cables and alternative power sources. the product i purchased is just over a month old.

In the "Manuals & Downloads" section of the product page, you will find a HID tool to use to update the software: http://uk.jbl.com/in-ear-headphones/EVEREST+100.html?dwvar_EVEREST%20100_color=Black#start=1 This can only be done from a PC/Laptop with Windows installed. If, after the update, the led does not go off when the JBL Everest 100 is fully charged, please contact our customer support on customer.support@harman.com to assist you with further troubleshooting
