Today I purchased an T100A from Amazon. I have noticed that JBL is an American company but in the package, I found that on one side "MADE IN CHINA" and at the bottom CHINA is written as the country of origin. Please clarify.

Asked by: shovan0895
Hi. Like so many other companies, JBL has some models made in China. Other models are made in other countries. To our knowledge, this is quite common.

Is this support in Moto G Play?

Asked by: mohit prakash
Hi Mohit, It should work with any mobile device with a 3.5mm headphone jack. I would suggest you contact Lenovo if you find there are issues with using our headphone in their mobile devices. You are of course welcome to email us, if you have any further questions: customer.support@harman.com

Is it okay to use with laptops for sk?ype and other internet application? How many jack plugs does it have I have a Lenovo laptop and it has only one socket for headphone and microphone.

Asked by: amba
Hi, Thank you for your question. We haven't tested the headphone for Skype use, but if you buy them at our website, you'll have 30 days return right, so in case they do not work as intended, you can always return them. The headphone only comes with one 3.5mm Jack pole, as all of our headphone cables. What you are seeking, sounds more like a real PC headset, which we do not have for JBL brand. I hope i have answered your question. If you have more questions, feel free to contact our helpdesk.

Asked by: shan_pty
Hi, Without more information, this is pretty difficult to answer on the Q&A section. I would suggest you check the headphones with a different source device, and also make sure you have no Equalizer functions running in the background or from your music app. If you continue having issues with your headphones, feel free to contact us by email on customer.support@harman.com

Asked by: Suresh12
Hi Suresh, You should be able to use the T100A with most mobile devices, including the Mi Note. If you want to be 100% sure, I would like to suggest you try the headphones in the store where you're buying them, together with an employee there. If you require further information, please contact us on customer.support@harman.com
