Do you need to be connected to a device with the app to utalise anc? Or can you toggle on off on the headphone and the app is only for the advance anc features?
You must use the JBL Headphones app to enable the advanced controls for ANC or Ambient Aware.

I've had mine a month, since the very beginning at 75% volume, they have fuzzy crackling often on alot of songs and sound slightly blown. They are updated and are good when the song isn't in chorus. Is this a defect? Can I exchange them in store!
We're here to help with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tapping both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. If the unit is within the return period from where you purchased it, you may contact them for assistance, otherwise, you may also contact our Customer Support so we could also try other steps.

How do I Connect to iPad Pro as second device
Thanks for reaching out. To connect our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS to your iPad Pro make sure that the primary device connected to it is turned off and not connected to the earbuds. Once it is in pairing mode and shows a blinking light, please search available devices on the Bluetooth settings and select the name of the earbuds once it shows up. Do my ear buds cut off automatically
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS has an auto play/pause function. This feature automatically pauses the music when you take off your earbuds. When this function is off, the music will not pause by itself. You can change this setting using the JBL Headphones App.

The tips that come with these are too small to fit well in my ears, always falling out. Do you not sell larger silicon tips for these? I would pay extra, I just don't want to have wasted my money on these earbuds over some cheap silicon.

Right earbud volume is significantly lower than the left earbud wich ruins the stereo experience, is there a way to fix this?

Our JBL Live Pro 2 have the standard SBC codecs. We don't recommend pairing our JBL Live Pro 2 to a T.V. because you may experience audio/video sync issues since the headphones don't support low latency and APTX codecs.

Why do these keep cutting in and out for audio as if they’re skipping. The audio files are completely fine! For being fairly expensive headphones they definitely should have solid connection

Is the ANC in live Pro works well in high wind condition, like riding bike??
It's terrible at cutting out wind noise on a bike. I just bought them yesterday and went for a road bike ride today, averaging around 20-25km/h and the wind noise was horrible even with ANC on Max.
