I am impressed with its call clarity and noise cancellation technology.. The best part about the headphones: 1, Call Clarity - The calls on this earphones are crisp and clear and reduces most of the wind noise and other sounds. 2. Noise Cancellation - The adaptive noise cancellation as 3. Secure Fit - They fill very comfy for workout and fit perfectly to your ear without falling off. Perfect for workouts, trekking. The music sounds great and packs a punch.

These fit comfortably in the ear and sound is amazing. Also when in noisy environments the call quality is great. These worked perfect while I was in the shower to test out water and no problems. Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. The fact that you don’t have to remove the buds to hold a conversation I also a big plus. The controls are easy to get used to. The JBL headphone app is also easy to use. Works great with google. The battery life is another great feature. So far it has lasted around 30hrs without recharge. The sound quality with the bass and treble are great. Overall this is another great product from JBL. I would recommend the REFLECTAERO to anyone.

The look alone makes a big difference, after unpacking I read the quick instructions and I was ready to go. With the included ear tips in different sizes, I quickly found the right size for my ears. The connection to my cell phone was also quite quick, then I downloaded the appropriate app and carried out all the tests for the best possible sound and then it was time to enjoy it. A great sound and really easy to use, I'm super excited about the headphones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by GmanBam from Not bad but ears hurt after a while. First off shipping was really delayed so sorry for delay in review. I liked the idea of multiple ear pieces however for me the largest ones kept is sexily in my ear. The smaller ones did not produce snug fit. The large ear keeper began to hurt my ear after about 15 minutes or so which was surprising because it felt soft to the touch Sound is superb. Did not verify mic tho due to the pain in my ears.

Is the noise cancelling and/or ambient aware any better than previous versions of the Reflect series of TWS? Particularly the Reflect Mini's?

I’ve had my wireless earbuds for less than a month and the right one loses its charge within thirty minutes after being fully charged overnight

If an earbud comes into contact with water it thinks I have pressed the button to play/pause or activate/deactivate noise cancelling (depending on which side gets wet) - this is very annoying when swimming on the surface, is there any way to prevent this

Does the charging box require being plugged into a charger? OR, will it charge the earbuds while plugged into a desk-top computer tower?

Our Reflect Areos charging case does not need to be plugged in while charging the earbuds. You can charge the case on its own and the indicator lights will be solid white when the battery is full.
