It is possible that the sound settings of your music player is not configured correctly. Try using a different music player app, and try pairing with a different device, to see if you can determine where the problem is. If it only happens with one app or device, the problem is not in the CHARGE. If it happens with all apps and/or devices, try performing a hardware reset.
RESET: In Power ON mode, press the Power and the Volume Minus buttons simultaneously. The Charge now turns off, and when you turn it on again, it has been reset.
