No, you cannot expect good reception from a radio inside a car cabin. The steel body of the car is a very effective screen, and will prevent decent reception. Of course there is no problem in testing how it works for you, and if the DAB+ signal is indeed very good, you may have no problems with reception. However, you usually need a special antenna, which is made for car use, to make it work well. The best way is to buy a DAB or DAB+ add-on unit that is made for car use. I hope this helps.
