What iPhones are these compatible with?
I was able to pair them with iPhone 7 plus. but they didn't work 100% with apple watch which is what I really bought them for so I had to return them

Are these compatible with Apple Watch 4?
they didn't work with apple watch 4. I had trouble with answering phone calls. no problem listening to music but when a call came in the headphones would drop out and the watch speaker took over. I had to return them. called JBL and they agreed there are issues with the headphones and apple watch

I just purchased the Reflect Contour 2 today, however, it does not show up as an available device when my phone and laptop search for available devices when their Bluetooth pairing features are on.
The link that Chastine provided does not help what-so-ever. JBL has 0-support. mine is doing the same thing and i even cleared my wireless memory on my phone in an attempt to use these. no luck. im just going to return these piece of trash headphones

These pair great with my iphone but will not pair with my work laptop, any advice?

What is different between this product and the JBL Reflect Contour 1. I have the first generation, but I see the new generation is selling for the same price as first generation. Are there any differences?
The only difference for the two headphones is the battery life. Contour 1 have an 8-hours battery life while Contour 2 have 10-hours battery life with speed charging. But most of the features are the same.

Cannot get them to shut off and they will not connect to Bluetooth what can i do?
To turn off JBL Reflect Contour 2 you'll be needing to press on the middle button for 3 seconds or more. When turned on, the unit will automatically enter pairing mode.

Can I pair these with Windows 8.1 and microphone can be used by apps?
Yes. As long as the Windows 8.1 has a Bluetooth profile that can support BT 4.2, A2DP v1.3 and HFP v1.6. Please check with the manufacturer if your device does have following and if not, to assist you on how to install the missing drivers.
