I bought these because of the JBL brand name
The first day after I bought them I was feeling a little let down. I have a pair of Corwin E7 headphones. My mistake was thinking JBL brand must surely be better right?.I mean for double the cost they have to be. They both charge quick and last hours and hours. But after just the first day the JBL's buzz and distort with any bass. After 2 days the volume just is not as loud as it once was. And after a week they sound like a pair cheap no brand headphones you buy for your 9 yr old kids. I would definitely pass on these headphones. They are also uncomfortable after wearing them for a half hour. Very disappointed in these. Waste of hard earned money.

Good for mild sound listeners
I am real bass lover and what I can tell for this headphones the BASS appears only with ANC turned on, a lot of bass appears even sometimes may feel like those are end up with distortion in some bassy tracks... So with ANC turned on better to keep equalizer as is especially the LF ranges, otherwise distortion will be guarantied. When turning off the ANC the headphone becomes a paradise for mild sound listeners with a little bass.

Cons:
- basses sometimes are artificially huge
- no type-C connection
- no ANC with wired connection
- a bit higher pressure on a head

Crackling noises
When I use this headset paired with my computer I start to ear crackling noises, expecialy when I try to use the for calls when I end up in need to use a different headset (from another brand) to skype calls.
The only way that I have to solve this is use this as a wired headset where it don't make sense to me because I buy it to be wireless...
As there is no supported app to this headphones where I can't update the firmwhere this won't be fixed in the future...
won't recomend this at all for the ones that want to use with computer and smarthphone.

Absolutly fantastic headphones!
I don't know where to start with this review because everything about these headphones is awesome. I love my metal and rock music do there's a lot of deep bass played and deep vocals and the headphones make them sound fantastic. These are the best headphones I've had by far. They make the music sound so clear and crisp and it's great how it blocks out the outside noises. I can't reccomend them enough. They're very comfortable to wear and they're not too heavy on your head and ears and the added bonus of them being foldable. I love that they are wireless and have Bluetooth too and it's great to have the detachable audio cable included. I have answered phone calls whilst wearing them and again the sound is great in call too. They last for hours too! I can go all afternoon wearing them and using them and I'd still have plenty battery life left. Cannot recommend these enough. A huge thumbs up from me.

Never again in my life!
I bought this hitech JBL TUNE 750BTNC junk a few months ago and it had problems from the beginning. Microphone quality is bad with phone and completly unusable with Windows 10 + PC. From the last time I charged it I can not use it anymore because pairing is not working. If I turn on the headphone with the power button, pressing it for 2s the blinking blue led (and with it auto pairing) does not work. If I use manual pairing it works only until I keep the power button pressed. After I release the button the device disconnects. This was the first and last time in my life I bought JBL product.

Will there be a fix to use this with microsoft teams.
This answer from Chastine is a joke, I hope... How can you just think that such a disclaimer "We do not mention Skype or Microsoft Teams support anywhere in the manuals or tech sheets, and therefore we do not support it" is acceptable ? The mentionned softwares are not "exotic" ones. Just daily business.

Hi, bought this three days back, was working great, suddenly the left speaker stopped working from today. Is there anything we can do before return it.
I have been experiencing the same issue. It seems intermittent. Sometimes the left headphone fades in and out. It’s not common, but incredibly frustrating when it does occur.

It do not with ms teams sound like a computer. Other programs OR phones no issue

Yes, just connect the two jacks to the green and pink ports (audio and mic input) then double-check if the headphones and mic are selected in the audio settings.

How do you get the noise canceling part working I can’t seem to figure it out ?
Press and hold the ANC button (the one with the waveform icon) for 2 seconds to enable/disable Active Noise Canceling.

Bought these 2 weeks ago. I'm only getting around 2hrs listening time after a full charge over night... Is this normal? Went from 90% to 40% in approx 30-40 mins...
