JBL® Everest™ 700 is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous base! These headphones are amazing and are easy to use and navigate with. The batteries did eventually not keep a charge but that was because I would overcharge them. I had charged them for three days continuesly and the batteries held a fifteen minute charge. So that was my fault. They don't feel good on your head if you lay down with them on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery! Not to mention that these headphones are very comfortable and easy to travel with.. lets talk about battery life. These. Are. Amazing. The website states that the last up to 25 hours. I have been using these headphones for 1 month now and the battery meter is still claiming 50% battery life. I use these head phones 4 days a week for nearly 2 hours a day. These headphones have surpassed my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable great sounding Headphones I’ve had my Everest 700’s for a year now. The sound reproduction is excellent, good bass and all sound frequencies. The only negative for me is they get uncomfortable after a few hours of use

How do you go to the previous track? Pressing the MFB 3 times just restarts the song.

Asked by: jlhw
You press the MFB 3 times, and another 3 times. It's usually like this with other types of headsets,

My the audio sounds great when playing music, but there is a delay when using with video. Is there a way to fix this?

Asked by: Magnum
Sorry, Magnum, this link cannot be used for Everest BT headphones, only for the Elite models. The upgrade for Everest 300 and 700 to reduce or eliminate delay is being prepared at the moment, and should appear on the product support web pages soon. No exact date is available, so please check out the Everest support page regularly.

In addition to the Bluetooth problem, I noticed that the wired connection is terrible! Like when I would play a song, I would barely be able to hear the singer/lyrics. Is this how the headphones are designed to be for?

Asked by: Thomaz
This is a common problem for some source devices. If music plays but the vocals cannot be heard, it normally means that the source’s audio jack is having issues or designed differently. Most of the time, this can be resolved by pulling the EVEREST 700’s audio cable slightly off the headphone jack. Try the EVEREST 700 as well on a different source to easily identify where the issue rests. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our customer service team will be glad to assist you.

When plugging in to charge I read the red light stays on while it is charging but when I plug my in a power source red light goes off for about a second then turns off am I doing something wrong? I have tried plugging to outlet and computer same results.

Asked by: jersey jay
There should be a constant red light in the EVEREST 700 while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the light indicator goes dark. To isolate the issue, please try to use a similar charging cable. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

My JBL 700 headphones arrived yesterday and I'm having trouble charging the battery. Solid red for about a minute than dark. No sign of white LED. Further neither my computer nor android device can pair with these headphones.

Asked by: Daveboz
I'm good to go now. Headphones work fine and I was able to pair them to my lap top and Android device.

What is the range for these wireless headphones? 30 feet seems pretty standard for most..

Asked by: Hale
I was just well over 45 ft in a datacenter with no fade, much past that it started to drop.
