Our JBL Tune 510BT is only a Bluetooth headset, it doesn't have an Aux port for a wired connection.

Hi. I received a pair of Tune 510BT as a Christmas present from my employer, Bosch. After pairing with my phone, I could only get sound from the right side. I checked FAQs and found same issue. I followed your advice and still no sound on left. Help?!

What type of charger does the jbl500bt use
Our JBL Tune 500BT uses a micro USB cable, while the JBL Tune 510BT uses a Type-C USB cable. You can use a power adapter with a suggested power rating of 5V/1A to charge these headphones.

Why does my headphones not connect? When I turn it on it automatically goes to bluetooth pairing and it doesn't let me reset it. What do I do?
You may try to reset your Tune 510BT by long Pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is not on and connected to any device. When resetting, LED will blink faster. Note: A reset will forget all previously paired devices so the unit won't remember any paired devices before. The unit is back to its factory default settings.

Do these work with online meeting platforms, like Zoom and Teams?
Our JBL Tune 510BT is not suitable for web meetings on a laptop or PC. It's well designed for music listening and hands-free calls through your mobile phone.

Can I wear them at the gym and use my phone as the source for music?
Thanks for your inquiry. While our JBL Tune 510BT is lightweight and comfortable, it may not be the most suitable option for running and workouts as it doesn't have an IPX sweatproof rating. We recommend our wireless sports earbuds designed for these activities, such as the JBL Endurance Peak 3 or the JBL Endurance Race TWS.

You may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it to connect with your TV via Bluetooth since these headphones don't have apt-X HD low latency codes, which are being used for Bluetooth connectivity with TV.

When I double press the action button for Google assistant it does not work on my Android 9 tablet (Lg G pad 5), and the reason I bring up my Android version is because on my other tablet (Samsung tab A7) with Android 11 it works fine.

We're here to help. Our JBL Tune 510BT does not feature any IPX rating that protects it against sweat or water. Overexposure to water can compromise the controls on the headphones.

Have tried what feels like everything to connect headphones to PC but no luck. Is there some sort of trick I'm missing?

In most cases when a Computer/PC/Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it's caused by your Computer/PC/Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software). Always get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support.

Our JBL tune 510BT will switch off while charging, you will not be able to use the headphones while the device is charging.

Why does the JBL app not recognise them? How do I find out the charge without the app?

The JBL T510BT are not compatible with the JBL Headphones app, reason why you are unable to connect them. In regards to the led behaviour, when the battery is low, the red light will start flashing to let you know the headphones are running out of battery.
