Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL Synchros E50BT headphones, solid performance! This is my second product from JBL, the other is an original Flip bluetooth speaker. I bought these headphones due to the positive experience I've had from the speaker. They both provide absolutely rock solid bluetooth connection. I can have the source player in the kitchen and potty around the house with no disruption in connection signal. To me, connection stability is more important than sound quality, but do you know what, JBL have refined their products for a top notch sound. The Synchros E50BT's have a powerful neutral sound, which makes listening to all source materials a delight. Well done JBL, I will continue to purchase and recommend your products in the future.

I'm having a hard time trying to connect my e50bt to my pc (windows 7 64 bits). At first I thought the issue was with the bluetooth adapter, but the headphone won't work in my girl's notebook also (windows too). The device pairs, but doesn't connect.

Asked by: Biorlo
It is possible that your computer does not support or is not setup to support Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection. To use the E50BT with your Windows system, you'll need to find a Bluetooth driver that supports A2DP Audio codec. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. If you don't see the Bluetooth section on Devices, chances are that there are issues with Bluetooth driver. Make sure to go to Device Manager to verify the driver is present and installed correctly. If everything looks alright, but you don't see the option, you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website.

I have q I use pc and use usb blueyooh and I geting sound Jams where can be problem?

Asked by: Edvard
If Edvard is correct and you are using a usb Bluetooth adapter I have found most have buggy drivers. Often companies re-bundle drivers into easy install packages which increases the risk of said bugs. It can be worthwhile to source the original driver, which can be a hassle but if you look up "How to download the correct driver from hardware ID" it will likely give many walkthroughs as to how.

Different audio sources all playback at different bitrate qualities. Browsers sound TERRIBLE, but mp3's can sound great and clear in the same listening session. Quality also drops randomly during listening session, also hardware beeps as if code. What?

Asked by: gilbot
I have a set of these and I have found after installing the "Forward VoIP Calls to Handsfree" Bluetooth service on Windows 7, it will every now and then switch over to that instead of "Listen to Music" which is the "normal" service. When this happens the quality drops to sounding like hearding music over a phoneline. Switching back to "Listen to Music" fixes this instantly (for me). I have a sneaking suspicion that "Lync" triggers the VoIP thing to activate, but I don't really know.

I bought the E50BT headphones to use with my Windows 7 laptop. However, while I *appear* to successfully pair the headphones with my computer, I cannot get them to connect. I have updated all drivers. Need help. Also, details on procedures and indicators.

Asked by: frostygus
This headphone works well on my Windows 7. Be sure to select "Listen To Music" than "Play Music". I have also encountered this problem until i figured out that.

I notice that many people are asking how to tell when headphones are fully charged.  You answer in several cases is that charge data can be seen on an iOS device.  You can't link to an iOS device while charging because there is no USB port.  Now what?

Asked by: RobFJ
You don't need a USB port to "link" with an iOs device, when you connect wirelessly with your E50BT headphones, using an iOs device, a small battery icon would show up beside the Bluetooth icon on the phone/device which is different from the battery indicator of your phone/device.
