I tried using the cable for calls on my phone and the mic didn't work. It only worked using Bluetooth. Is this a problem with my headphones?
I have the same problem with you mate, the cable that was contained doesn't support mic, only audio, that's why.

I bought the headphones a few month ago in UK, I like the sound and the style but they don't stay in my head. It doesn't matter how I set them, if I move my head back or forward they easily fall. Why does it happen?

Is there a microphone that you can use in these headphones but not one on the cable??

Are theese headphones comptible with Nintendo Switch?
Hi. I am sorry, but we do not know. If this console is A2DP compatible, it should work. We can say for sure that none of our headphones can pair with Playstations. You will need special types for the PS models. What you can do is to buy our headphones, test them with your console, and return them within 30 days if they do not work. That is the advantage of our web shop. You can also ask Nintendo if their console supports normal hifi Bluetooth headphones.

Is this device compatible with PS4?
Hi. Sorry, PS devices use a proprietary protocol that can only be used with headsets made for PS use. The C45BT will not work. But since the controllers for PS4 feature an output for analog, wired headphones, you will be able to use a cabled model from JBL, just not a Bluetooth one.

Is there any difference in quality between these headphones and the E35BT?

The difference between the E35 and the C45BT is that the E35 are a wired headphone but have the exact same audio output as the C45BT.
We do have an equivalent headphone and this is the E45BT, this headphone is the exact same as the C45BT and the only difference is that the C45BT was marketed for retail and was initially sold at Costco in Canada but has since been rolled out to other retailers.
