I paid $200 for it in 2018 but did not actually start using it until mid 2019 (I deferred my studies, reason why i bought it) I have only used it a handful of times. It's practically in New condition from the outside however internally the wires are loose and is causing a low screeching signal sound every time I switch it on. I seeked support with harman only to be told it's not within their warranty period, despite acknowleging that it indeed seems to be internal faulty. Such a shame and a waste purchase.

Product Q&A

Can these be connected to a soundbar for listening to a tv sound system? The soundbar has bluetooth mode but we've been unable to pair these with it.

The Bluetooth on most soundbars is for receiving audio signals from sources. Unfortunately, you won't be able to pair your headphones to the soundbar unless if it has a Bluetooth transmitter.

When my Headphones are connected to the laptop via cable, the microphone isnt visible in the settings. With bluetooth it works but not with cable.

Your laptop may have the mic input and speakers output separate. You may need to get an audio splitter to separate the mic and speaker line from the 3.5mm jack going to your laptop.

Do these work as a gaming headset for Xbox  one?

My JBL E65BTNC has stopped doing the turn-off sound, my laptop has stopped recognising it on the bluetooth search so I cannot pair it anymore, and the Vol + / Vol - to reset it does not work, I mean it does not RESET!. It still pairs with my phone.

how long does it take to it to half charge
