Asked by: Katrina Kaye
Hi, Please check the source button of the SB350 if it's still in bluetooth, Try to change the source to the one you are using(optical, aux,HDMI). If this doesn't resolve the issue ,Please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.

cannot get sound from sb350 bar. connected to my sony model kdl-40v2500 via the optical audio cable. help

For the people with problems linking the soundbar to the subwoofer, you are probably using the bluetooth button on the soundbar or remote to link, there is a second bluetooth link button right next to the hdmi port behind the soundbar.

i pushed both pairing buttons at the same time still nothing and now i have no sound at all

Asked by: normie
Please try the following... First do a full reset... 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times. 3. The soundbar is now reset. Now try to pair the units again 1. Make sure both the soundbar and sub are on. 2. Press the pairing button on the soundbar, quickly, once. It should start blinking quickly. 3. Press the pairing button on the subwoofer, quickly, once. It should also start blinking quickly. 4. Within roughly 10 seconds the two units should pair. If this does not work, please try it several times, and try turning off any other wireless type devices (phones, baby monitors, etc.) that might be present as they may be causing interference.

Trying to sync sound bar with sub woofer. Blue lights just flash. Won't sync up.

Asked by: Bert
Hold the - and surround sound buttons down at the same time for 4 seconds. This should reset the blue tooth. Turn the power button off, then on again. Begin pairing procedure. Take note of how the blue button on the back of the sub-woofer is flashing. If it's faster than the on the back of the sound bar, you have to press the pairing button on the sound bar until it matches the speed of the sub-woofer blue light. If all else fails, call the 1-877 number and have IT talk you through it.

I recently bought SB350 , I'm able to connect my i Phone for streaming music and I'm not able to pair my other phone Moto G and Micromax Canvas. please help here

Asked by: Raviraj
When you paired your iPhone with the SB350, which was fresh out of the box, the SB350 was already in pairing mode. The iPhone did not have a difficult time searching for the SB350 and pair with it. So to pair the other devices you would need to manually put the SB350 in pairing mode again by pressing the Bluetooth button until the button blinks, then search for the SB350 on the other devices. **Pair each device one at a time**

I have a sharp hdmi smart tv and everything works fine but my cable tv remote which is from charter in Sparks Nevada does not work.  Any info will help. Thanks

Asked by: Kalii
You can program your remote control to control the soundbar by just pushing volume up on the soundbar button and then on your remote control, then same thing but volume down and then both and mute on the tv remote. Not sure if this answers your question. Just trying to help here.
