I bought this Tuesday and it arrived Friday and immediately walked it to the park and met all my friends and played loud music while they played basketball and had a blast the bass is boomy and clear and the tweeters are super clear despite it being rated for 45 Hz It plays lower and you can still hear the bass clearly just not as loud but that makes sense I wish you could turn the white strobe leds off because for some songs it isn't just the right mood but thats something I can live with I'm here today at school with it we will see how the assistant principles like me toting thus huge thing around but i recommend this to anyone and everyone its the perfect speaker as long as your willing to work a little bit to get it places those who arent get the JBL boombox which is also an amazing speaker.

The party starter.
I bought this 2 weeks ago after watching many reviews on youtube of multiple products. Very happy with my purchase overall, great sound quality, the bass literally vibrates my full flat block and takes parties to the next level. Definitely would recommend.

You cannot get other effects, and one colour only is not available.

Is this waterproof like the boombox?

No, this model is not waterproof, and has no IP rating.
What you can do, if you want to use it where there is risk of rain, is to wrap a plastic garbage sack around it. Normal plastic will not influence the sound very much, and will protect well against the moisture.

How come it has a 10000 mah battery and the boombox has 20000 mah battery and is cheaper?????

The Boombox is cheaper than the JBL Partybox because of the features and components used in the Party Box 300. The storage capacity of a battery also has no influence on the price of a product.

Hi. You can find this spec in the owner's manual.
We state: Total output power 120 W RMS.
This is true for both the 200 and the 300, but of course the 300 can run on its internal battery as well.
