Customer Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Workout Headphones for the price Considering these headphones are only $100, it's a great bang for your buck! PROS - Very confortable, you forget you have them on - No matter how intense your workout is, these will never fall from your ears. - Very good sound. Deep bass and clear highs. These get really loud! - Waterproof - Great battery life (30 hrs) CONS - Built quality could be better. The charging case is plastic and it feels kind of cheap. But then again these are only $100 - The touch controls. It's hard to get used to it and actually remember all the commands. Conclusion If you are looking for affordable workout headphones these are the way to go. They are some of the best out there in this price range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bluetooth doesn't work- extremely disappointed I had high expectation for these and have owned other JBL products. Perhaps it's a broken unit but the headphones were only able to pair and connect to my iphone ONCE. It won't pair with anything else and on top of that it will also no longer connect to my phone even though I've tried to turn it on and off etc. Also called customer service and they've helped me reset them but it still fails to work. For this price point - bluetooth shouldn't be such an issue and I've had cheaper ones that work instantly. I'm returning these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I got these JBL endurance peak ii about week and a half ago and they are great! Very easy to use and feel great in my ears. The controls are very easy to figure out and use. I have only charged them once since I have had them. So far the battery life is great. I use them when I workout about 2hrs a day. These are by far the best wireless ear buds I have ever used. The case is great and not to bulky. The sound quality is awesome just the right amount of bass. They will not fall out of ear. They turn on by just putting in ear and turn off by putting back in case. Another GREAT product from JBL.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have listened to the reviews I read the reviews on these endurance peak earbuds and should’ve listened. The right ear stopped charging two weeks into having them. I made sure the contacts were clean and troubleshot everything I could. If you read the reviews it’s pretty common an earbud stops connecting (mine stopped because it was not charging, it probably never charged considering it went out in less than two weeks after using) Customer service is also slow and sent me a non existent QR code to ship them back. Now I’m stuck waiting again for them to respond to my email saying the QR code does not work. Long story short, would not recommend JBL. I tried to give them a chance since I’m not a fan of the bigger competitors. On to the next brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Improvements needed I've been using these for over a week whilst walking to and from work and whilst using my treadmill. The good points are that they fit very securely, are comfortable to wear and work well in rain. Unfortunately, I find the sound quality not so good. When listening to music or taking phone calls, even with the volume on full, I can still hear outside noise, such as traffic, a lot. So much so that it drowns out the music or whoever I am talking to on the phone sometimes. I also found the instructions quite difficult to understand at first and they can be quite glitchy at times taking a few attempts to go to next song etc.

Product Q&A

When trying to pair with my desktops bluetooth it is asking for a Pin. What is the Pin #?

Asked by: Shawn J
I used 0000 for a pin. It took several tries but it eventually did connect.

Can the case get wet?

Asked by: Little_Light
The case doesn't have a waterproof rating. Leave it at home or in a bag/pocket when you're going out in the rain. (Caveat: I have the 1st gen Peak Endurance, but I would guess that they would mention that in the features if they changed it.)

My headphones keep pausing randomly im listening to music and pausing my music for not reason getting really frustrated with it

Asked by: Sarah23
I have the same issue. Cannot make a call or listen to music for more than a few minutes without the earbuds ending the call or pausing the music. Additionally, have the PIN issue others are having and cannot connect these earbuds to my laptop. Overall disappointing experience with the JBL Endurance Peak II. I have not seen any information to solve either of these problems on JBL's website or elsewhere on the internet.

Hhi I have the Endurance peak II and a Tune 500BT trying to find a way to get an enhanced hearing to these devices so I hear the sounds but not have to turn the TV or Radio to 70 lol is there a 3rd party app as none in app store for JBL

Asked by: Joopie1938
We can recommend downloading 3rd party equalizer app if your device or phone does not have one pre-installed. Free to download from Google Play Store and iOs App Store.

How do I turn off the JBL Performance Peak II earbuds when not using them? I've tried holding my finger on the power icon, but it doesn't seem to turn it off. I've noticed that if I take them off my ear and disconnect them, the battery still drains.

Asked by: Derlin
Thanks for reaching out. You can turn off our JBL Endurance Peak II by tapping and holding where the logo is for 5 seconds or by putting the earbuds back in the case. If these steps don't switch off the device then It would be best if we can work with you directly to get more information and find a solution for you.
