Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great at first now dead I was pretty happy with these at first, but I haven't even owned them for 6-months and they started getting static when I was out for a run (to the point it hurt to listen), and then they just died. I managed to get them going again and then a month or so later, same thing happened but now they are just stuck on the red led light, non-discoverable and won't turn on or off and I cannot find any support online. I managed to get them going again at one point but they still wouldn't turn off and when they were on it was a pink/purple light instead of blue. Now they are completely dead doesn't matter how long you hold the power button down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good purchase If you’re looking for no frills, functioning wireless headphones, these are it. On a dull charge they last 5.5 to 6 hours - just be aware that the charging cable disconnects very easily . Additionally, they are much longer than they appear in the photos and the model on the box, so they sort of still get in the way, but still a much better experience at the gym than standard wired headphones. While others praise the twist and lock, it’s obnoxious in my opinion and I find they slip out occasionally; also note that they are like wearing a stethoscope when using them for a phone call - all the outside noises are magnified. All that being said, for 20 bucks it’s a great purchase and I’m happy with my decision!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 pairs in 8 months During the past 8 months I bought 2 pairs of these. The first pair worked well for about 6 months. During this time I decided to buy another pair for my wife. She received hers and they almost immediately wouldn't power on. Eventually JBL replaced these. Meanwhile the first pair started having similar issues. They quit too. Now the replacement pair has stopped working too. I'm done. FYI. I have a pair of JBL speakers that are over 20 years old that still sound fantastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad experience I purchased JBL Endurance Run BT on July 24th. It worked properly for 2 weeks. Suddenly after 2 weeks it started to switch off randomly. I switched it on again but after a couple of minutes it switched off again. I sent an e-mail to the customer support and they just sent me the link to the quick start guide without giving any help. Since today it does not switch on anymore. It is an expensive product and a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product, hopeless warranty department Very poorly made product that broke after a couple of months of occasional use. Once raised with JBL's warranty department, they were not able to replace the headset or offer me any solutions, despite them agreeing that the headset was faulty. I've been waiting over 2 months to have them replaced, with continual excuses and ignored emails. Safe to say I'll never buy from JBL again.

Product Q&A

my headphones have started making a loud crackling noise that happens even when they are turned off. It's loud enough to be audible when they're not being worn. Is there anything that can be done?

When I try to charge the headphones, the LED blinks red quickly. I left the charger connected overnight, but the headphones did not charge up. I have looked at the suggestions on https://bit.ly/3blwbWY but they didn't help. Any ideas?

Hi there. I have a question about the charge cord. It seems to be a different USB type. I can recharge because it doesn’t seem to fit properly in any USB charge/ connection port. Any help would be appreciated.

just bought mine yesterday, and I'm not sure if i am charging it correctly. should i turn it on first then connect my charger? because i am trying to charge it without turning it on and there's no light indicating it is charging.

Asked by: 0210Maki
Thank you for your question. The headphone will charge while powered off. When charging your Endurance Run BT, a red LED indicator should light up in the opposite side of the charging port. If you don't see the indicator we would recommend that you try a different charger or charging cable. Should you wish to receive further support, you may contact the Harman Customer Support team by telephone, email or chat in order to receive direct assistance. Please see https://uk.harmanaudio.com/support-contact.html#ns for further details. Thank you.
