Rated 3 out of 5 by from The sound quality is good , they are easy to carry I liked them but the touch controls are horrible. not intuitive and whenever I tried to control the volume I end up either pausing the song or skipping tracks back or forward. atlest the volume control should have been separate from the the pause play and skip touch controls. may on the side rather than on the logo They are fine if you have a playlist and once you put them on, you are not going to touch them but that's not how things work in real life. I tried them for two weeks but i 'am still struggling with the touch control. Not wort the price tag of 50 bucks. I am planning on returning mine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surpassed expectations, awesome vlaue When I first opened these headphones, the quality was immediately apparent. The headset is soft to the touch and includes a bunch of helpful features, including the magnetic clip. The fit is excellent as well—they stay in place much better than traditional earbuds. The sound quality is better than I anticipated. Based on prior reviews, I expected the touch controls to be difficult to use, but was pleasantly surprised. They are a bit finicky...it just takes a somewhat careful touch to get it right. Not a deal breaker at all. All of these benefits make these headphones a steal at half the price of competitor entry-level sport headphones. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed I’m not one to usually do reviews but feel passionate enough about these to take the time to do so. As a very active guy that runs a farm there was several criteria that these needed to fill, as I work in all sorts of weather and conditions durability and water resistance were top of the list and as I do long hours a decent battery life was important, also they needed to be comfortable and also not fall out constantly, Finally they had to be affordable. So far they have ticked every box, I used them for six hours straight on a charge this morning and they were still going strong so I’m happy that they look to live up to the figures quoted unlike some company’s who exaggerate these stats.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy. I had issues with TWO of them. I had issues with two headphones of this model. The sound quality is outstanding and they were working properly in the beginning. However, they started to show flaws after some time. The first one's left headphone stopped working. This happened during a workout. After claiming the warranty from the retailer where I purchased these, I got my second headphones. The problem started after a month or two where the headphones were not charging properly. In fact, after charging them completely, they only lasted 3-5 minutes, and I still have no clue why this is happening. I am so disappointed with these as I had issues with two Endurance SPRINTs. I was super happy with the sound quality, but I would not recommend anyone buying this based on my experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wires getting ripped apart! Well i bought this one year three months ago after alot of research and testing other products! I was quite happy with the performance but after one year the right side stopped working in a normal manner and after few months the wires are getting ripped apart now my whole earphones are covered with electrical tape which has made it highly uncomfortable to handle wile working out, Didn't expect this from a jbl product after spending 3.5k! I wish i could fix it.

Product Q&A

Pls explain in more detail how to use the volume control. Thanks Sean

Asked by: Seano
This is correct. I kept trying to just slide my fingers up and down the ribbed portion and it only paused the song. Thanks Mouhamadou! Mouhamadou · 8 months ago You need to slide your finger down the whole earpiece in a quick movement.

Just received the Sprint model as a gift. they keep auto shutting off in the middle of a call. happens on both my iPhone connection and my laptop. any suggestions?

Asked by: KaFC
they sounded great. but because of its "auto off feature when not in use" makes it extremely inconvenient. i was expecting them to stay on, so that i can answer incoming calls without having to whip out my cellphone. I mean, for the pair to stay on, there must be constant input from cp to these, otherwise they shut off by themselves. and for the person who answered "to save battery life," dont bother turning them on,ever.

Can I swim with the JBL Endurance sprint? And for how long?

Asked by: Anjata
Our JBL Endurance Sprint isn't actually made for swimming, although there is IPX7 rating in them which just protects it from getting damaged when sweating and running during the rain but that doesn't mean that they'll work underwater as bluetooth connection normally gets cut when underwater. We have a product that deals with that which is the JBL Endurance DIVE, this headphone is made for Diving by using the MP3 feature so you can store songs inside it. Adding the Lock feature which makes it still play music while underwater even if there is water touching the controls. We advise to get the Endurance Dive instead if your main goal is swimming. https://www.jbl.com/endurance-headphones-series/JBL+Endurance+DIVE.html

can i use it when I do swimming? how deep it can go?

Asked by: jonathanh
Hi. The Sprint is not made for swimming. The water short-circuits the touch pad, and Bluetooth does not work in water, or rather, under water. They are waterproof because that makes them resistant to sweat and rain. If you want to swim with in-ears, the DIVE model is made for that, with a lock on the touch pad, and MP3 memory to bring music with you inside the headphones.
