I have been using Yurbuds wired earphones which were very good, but the cord would get in the way or be grabbed by seatbelts, etc. No more snags! I do notice they stay put better if the cord dangles in front as opposed to behind the neck. I love the Yurbuds design, sooo much more comfortable than those sponge ear "plugs". One improvement I would like to see: an app that would display battery level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great earphone design Fits in my eyes like a glove. These things will not fall out even with a slight tug when they're locked in. But they will not hurt your ears if they are caught on something and get pulled out. The only improvement I would like to see is a little more bass.

i bought a new mobile (Motorola Z Play) and whem a turn my Leap Wireless my mobile can't find him, i checked all bluetooth configurations but I can't find it... how can I solve it?

Thank you for taking time in sending us your concern. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with in connecting your MOTOROLA Z PLAY to your LEAP WIRELESS. Please try powering off your phone and turn it back on. Press and hold your LEAP WIRELESS center button until it blinks red and blue, it means that the LEAP WIRELESS is in pairing process. On your phone, please turn on your bluetooth and it should be able to detect the LEAP WIRELESS. We notice that you are in Australia, if same issue occurs, please submit a case to https://au.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Hy there, my buds wont Start anymore. Putting them on the charger will illuminate a steady green, but it will not turn on at all. Pls help. Thx, chris

Hello I have been having issues with the sound cutting out all the time while running.  Could this be a faulty pair?  Can interference cause the cutting out?

Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open, this may block or overtax the processor in your music player. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem and you can also try placing it on your right pocket, in line with the earphone’s Bluetooth to avoid interference.

Hi, I’ve started using my Yurbuds again as I have started putting the miles on and my yurbuds are constantly filling out, I am pretty sure I have the wrong size, as I have followed the video to lock into my ears. I purchased these leap wireless online.

Hi Thank you for your question Sometimes the ear-tips (removed from the headphones) needs a little cleaning, using warm water and a little dish-soap, this gives them their grip back and they do not fall out that easy. if this is not the problem, please feel welcome to contact our customer help-desk.

I've a Yurbuds Leap wireless earphone, bought few years ago, now the problem is, the volume is automatically reducing like a ghost control during the call, and i've to keep the volume up button pressed while on call. kindly help me to resolve this.

What size of "sound enhancers" come with the Leap Wireless Ear buds? I need a set of replacement covers.

The standard size 5 comes on the model on all the Leap Black 100 models. It also has the larger size 7 inside of the packaging.

When battery is low,is it possible to silence The alert? It is annoying to hear All The time "battery low "
