I love how long my headphones stay charged and how cute they really are in person. The sound is good also. I love that I can walk away from phone and still have a good sound while getting other tasks completed.

my 5 months old E45BT Headphone wont turn on, only work when connect to AUX. how to resolve this problem??!! is there any methd to reset to factory setting?
just call customer service and request an exchange, i had the e40bt they wouldn't charge or turn on anymore, the rep promptly submitted a request for exchange now im getting the e45bt since they don't have the e40bt. great service. also charge the unit with a 1A usb power adapter. this may reduce the risk of overheating the unit, wich causes the circuit board to go bad. i know im going to, since charging with a 2.1A didnt lasted more than 2 weeks!

Is there a microphone on the headphone unit itself? Or is the mic only on the cable attachment (i.e. only via "wired mode")?
There's a microphone on the headphone unit it self and it is working very well on Bluetooth mode and when having a conversation on the phone.

No. The T450BT can be paired with multiple devices, but can only have one active source connected at a time.

is the color of the LED charge indicator light is just shown in red i mean when headphone is lowbatt when you charged it it will show you the red light but if it fully charged is the led light changed?

The charging light is red until charging is complete, then it goes dark.

Unit worked out of the box but will not turn on a week later. Currently charging and red led is solid but on button does not turn it on. (no white light) Does the unit need to be fully charged to turn on?

I want to get this as a gift for a gamer. They game on their PC. Would these Headphones be ideal to use with gaming so they can talk with other players?
Buy them gaming headphones as the online Mic isn't good enough in clarity for online gaming

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but how do you turn it on? I am thinking the 'on' switch on the ones I just bought is broken but want to make sure before returning them to JB
The power button is located on the right side of the headphone ear cup. It is a spring loaded sliding power button so quickly slide the power button in a upwards position and release. You should see a white indicator light when it is powered on and should immediately go into pairing mode if this is the first time pairing to a device.

Do we have to download any app to know the charging status
No there is no app for this feature. The E45BT has an indicator light that would have a solid red light upon charging. Once the charging is complete, the indicator light would go out.
