CANNOT BE USED IF YOU ARE AT ALL ACTIVE
Overall the headphones work pretty well with some glitches turning on and off and charging, but overall ok. The problem is that the ear buds do not stay in and CANNOT BE USED AS ADVERTISED. OK sitting in my house, otherwise useless. JBL has an app that helps you pick the right attachment and confirms if the fit is secure or not. Even using this, I had an ear bud fall out while outdoors into a body of water while on a walk. They're useless if they don't stay in your ears, unfortunately. JBL customer service was no help and JBL does not stand by the features they advertise. Disappointing as I love my JBL speaker and the sound of the ear buds was good, but I will have to move on to another brand that stands by its products.

This is the single worst pair of buds I have ever owned. If it looks like your about to put just a block of plastic in your ear, it’s because you are. Get ready for some ear expansion. A single bead of sweat will cause these to completely lose any volume they might have, which paired with the fact jbl’s philosophy seems to be “more bass, more bass, more bass,” these make for a terrible listening experience while doing any type of work.

Perfect Athletics Earbuds
I have used JBL Reflect Aero for 2 weeks. They are very impressive. Easy to pair and was quick to charge. I am impressed with its call clarity and noise cancellation technology.. The best part about the headphones:

Better and Better
These earbuds are great! So far I have used while walking, showering, shopping, and exercising. These fit comfortably in the ear and sound is amazing. Also when in noisy environments the call quality is great. These worked perfect while I was in the shower to test out water and no problems. Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. The fact that you don’t have to remove the buds to hold a conversation I also a big plus. The controls are easy to get used to. The JBL headphone app is also easy to use. Works great with google. The battery life is another great feature. So far it has lasted around 30hrs without recharge. The sound quality with the bass and treble are great. Overall this is another great product from JBL. I would recommend the REFLECTAERO to anyone.

Disappointed
Got these for Christmas and was very excited but after several weeks I find they lose their charge quickly, one earphone faster than the other. The nice case doesn't hold the charge for long, and I can't find anywhere online or on this website that tells you how to use the "Best Fit" on the app and how to fix a "bad seal" message. I expected more from JBL.

Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS has gesture controls on both earbuds that you can customize and set for volume control. You could use the JBL My Headphone app to configure the gestures and swipe controls. Is the noise cancelling and/or ambient aware any better than previous versions of the Reflect series of TWS? Particularly the Reflect Mini's?

If an earbud comes into contact with water it thinks I have pressed the button to play/pause or activate/deactivate noise cancelling (depending on which side gets wet) - this is very annoying when swimming on the surface, is there any way to prevent this

It is not possible to turn off these features and sadly, the JBL Reflect Aero have not been designed for swimming, for this we recommend the JBL Endurance Dive.

Does the charging box require being plugged into a charger? OR, will it charge the earbuds while plugged into a desk-top computer tower?
Our Reflect Areos charging case does not need to be plugged in while charging the earbuds. You can charge the case on its own and the indicator lights will be solid white when the battery is full.

Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS has the Dual Connect feature which lets you use either side of the earbud in mono mode while the other is in the charging case.
