Great sound
I have tested this product for a few weeks now. At first, it costs a bit of time to find out which rubber plugs fits best for your ears. After this struggle, the sound of the JBL is very good. Music, calls, books it al works well. When I wanted to reconnect with my phone, it was very easy. However, connecting with my laptop after I was connected with my phone was very difficult. Once the JBL is connected the connection is very stable. The battery of the JBL is also very good. I was unable to use the JBL while jogging, because I had the feeling they would fall out of my ears. Also eating is not possible without falling out ear plugs.

I have been using these headphones for a few weeks now and they are hands down the best. I'm more of a Skullcandy because of the bass but JBL not only knocks it out of the park with that, but the Ambient control also gave it push it needed to win me over. the multiple microphones are great as well. I thought I would never find a pair that could be heard so clear even outside. even the unboxing was great. very different from the competition. the only thing that is missing is the ability to set individual gesture controls for each headset instead of being grouped. implement that and you will definitely have a winner. all in all, I'm glad I made the switch.

I bought these based on a number of reviews. I wanted buds with wings as I find the non winged types fall out. they are also resonably sized compared to some other brands.They sound good too and I like the fact that the sound can be cutomied using th app. I could not find theses locally to see and try which was dissapointing. on the downside, I have found them a little uncomfortable after using for a couple of hours or more. Also pairing is not as easy as it should be when moving from one device to another. Overall very happy, but please make it easier to pair and support 2 devices. Plus mke the wing tips a bit softer and they will be much more comfortable. Thank you

Incredible sound
These Jbl earbuds, are another level. They fit perfectly in your ear, the Jbl comes with 3 other earplugs, so you can adjust them the way you want. I used the earbuds while cycling, but also when cooking and cleaning, and they stay in your ear at all times. I cyclelet with them in the rain, and cause they are waterresistant i didnt need to worry about a thing. While cycling, i used smart ambient, a nice feature, so you enjoy your music but you are aware of your surrounding. The case where the earbuds came in, are very usefull, once the case is fully charged, you pair your earbuds easily with any device with bluetooth. I recommend this product.

Outstanding sound
I've had these headphones for over a week now and have been testing them out with music and movies in different settings. I really love that I can tap the left ear bud and I can activate noise cancelling or Ambient aware. Compared to other in ear headphones, these JBL Reflect Flor Pro's sound really clear and have deep bass for punchy music. I also like the fact that you can change the size of the ear wings and ear tips; made them so much more comfortable to ware and they didn't fall even during gym workouts.

Can it withstand accidentally put in washer machine
Our JBL Reflect Flow Pro is not intended to wash. However, you could try cleaning them using a cotton bud or sanitizing alcohol.

How do I power on the earbuds without the case - e.g. I am out running without the case, the buds auto power off (based on the settings I have) - how do I power the buds back on?

I can’t turn on the noise cancelling within the app, it just turns off automatically straight away. Additionally, when I use the find your fit feature it doesn’t recognise that the headphones are in my ears. Please advise, thanks

We recommend that you delete and re-install the JBL Headphones App and then reset your unit by placing both pods on the charging case, then tap on the right pod once, then twice and then tap and hold for 5 seconds.
