Can you buy a wing tip accessory to make these more secure while jogging? I wish you could make a set that are half in ear with wing tips and a high IPX rating that are designed for exercise.

You might be interested in our JBL Endurance Peak III, which features an integrated wing tip and an IP68 feature, making it dust and water-resistant up to 1.5 meters deep for 30 minutes in fresh water.

Why do I keep getting a low battery voice warning, even after the buds are fully charged? Brand new ear buds 😞

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
